One of the best meals I’ve had in a long while — easily top 10 of all time.
From start to finish, everything was flawless. Wilson’s knowledge of the menu and attention to timing made the entire evening seamless. Thom paired our cocktails and wine perfectly with each course. The entire staff was warm, personable, and genuinely welcoming — hospitality at its finest.
We began with the Baby Gem Lettuce (lychee, red onion, puffed rice, coconut ranch) and toasted focaccia with whipped ricotta and olive oil — fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced.
For entrées: Sous vide lobster tail with Okinawa sweet potato gnocchi, baby corn, tarragon & preserved lemon butter Grilled swordfish piccata with Key West pink shrimp, fingerling potatoes, haricot verts & lemon caper sauce
And of course, we couldn’t skip dessert — a trio of tastings paired with bourbon and Port wine to end the night on the perfect note.

We heard great reviews and wants to try it. Waitress was good not great guided us to order the duck and the grouper. The appetizers were good. Tuna tataki was great. The carpaccio mediocre. My grouper was very good although a small portion compared to others I saw who ordered the same but it was good. The duck was fatty and tough and expensive. But they took it back. We decided to splurge and get the caviar. Osetra was great but the potatoes chip like crackers don’t go with it but their bread was good so it worked. For me the beignets were fabulous. Not sure I’ll return.

Romantic seating with windows views of Key West. Mesmerizing menu with incredible selections of delicious four courses that tantalizing out taste buds. Table brewed tea was a first for us and it was refreshing. Don’t miss the bisque and salad! Tripple tail for the win . Swordfish a close 2nd. We celebrated our birthday with Key Lime pie of course.

This was our first time at Cafe Marquesa and will be honest was the best meal/experience ive had in key west so far. We started out with the special which was caviar an let me tell you it was delicious. I had the tuna tartar an it was out of this world. The yellowtail snapper and triple tail fish was beyond amazing. The staff and chefs were amazing and 100% recommend coming back again and again. I could go on for days on how amazing this place was.
