My partner and I are glorified coffee snobs and are so happy this high quality gem of a cafe that exists in Old Hygiene. We come here with our dog and are always greeted with so much friendliness. Olivia is a sweetheart! The pastries are delicious with gluten free options. The french omelette is made of all local and organic ingredients. What a treasure!

Really lovely place in a wonderful location off the beaten path. Their food is excellent, and we enjoyed the company and conversation. Kudos to barista, we appreciated everything!
Update: recent visit was lovely. Hot ginger and lemon drink. Blood orange drink as well. Polenta and rosemary pastry. Really, go visit and enjoy the atmosphere. Yum!

Delicious sweet (cinnamon rolls, babka, breads, cookies) and savory options. Well made espresso drinks. Cozy environment inside and lots of seating outside. The savory sandwiches are a bit pricy, but the quality of the ingredients and preparation make up for it.

Great ambiance and delicious food. Cafe Fritz is a local cafe in the cute town of Hygiene Colorado. The matcha is amazing and the banana bread slice we had was incredible. A block away from a park so you could order Togo and just take a short walk. Definitely come try them out! Only 5 minutes west of Hover in Longmont .
