Went on a weekend trip on the hill.
My new favorite coffee shop ever. This is an absolute perfect place. The pastries/cookies? Devine. The coffees/lattes are the best I’ve had from a shop. The people? Beautiful souls all of them. The owner and the employees were over the top sweet. I will be missing this one for sure and pining for it until we come to the Lou again.

I ordered pistachio cookies, almond/cherry cookies, cucidatti, and 2 cannoli plus a cream filled pastry that I forgot the Italian name for! Great friendly service and they pipe the cannoli fresh per order. I also got a nitro cold brew coffee that was delicious. I’ve been eating on the goodies all day that I bought earlier this morning! Highly recommend on your trip to St. Louis in The Hill. Doggies are welcome and it sounded like there are regulars from how they were greeted. Also this is a woman owned business. I will be back next time (and should have bought more to take home!)

If you’re looking for one of the best cannolis in St. Louis, then Cafe Dolce is it! I’ve been back a few times just for the cannoli and they are to die for. The atmosphere is cute, cozy, and inviting. One of my favorite spots on The Hill!

Visited this establishment on our trip to St. Louis. I ordered a butter pecan oat milk latte. My partner ordered a lavender white chocolate mocha latte. I paired it with a raspberry scone. It was all very delicious. My son ordered a giant cake pop and loved it and my picky child ordered a sugar cookie and loved it. I would definitely go back again even if it was a bit pricey. For those 5 items it was $31.

Limited seating. Great coffee. The pastries are not (all?) made there which was disappointing. I was looking forward to a sfogliatelle, pictured on their menu. They were stale and frozen in the middle. I was told they come from a bakery in Chicago. The cookies were good though. I would go back, but be pickier about the treats.

Lovely little cafe in this Italian neighborhood! Love their seasonal menu, as there are some unique options I’ve never seen anywhere else. The baked goods section looked scrumptious although I didn’t try any this visit. The Christmas cannoli latte was yummy! Also appreciated their extensive sugar free syrup list.

Step into a world of flavor and fun at Cafe Dolce on The Hill, a vibrant gem on The Hill. This chic cafe’s undeniable charm is palpable from the moment you walk in. With a “Great” 5-star rating, let me share the incredible journey of taste and service that guarantees an experience worth cherishing.

Our coffee adventure began with the Iced Matcha Latte, a refreshing concoction that boasts a perfect balance of sweetness and the robust flavor of matcha. If you’re a fan of iced drinks, don’t miss the Iced Vanilla Latte – a smooth blend of quality coffee and creamy vanilla that will cool your senses and ignite your taste buds. For those seeking warmth, the Peach Hot Tea, with its calming aroma and soothing taste, is a comforting delight that shouldn’t be missed.

The food at Cafe Dolce isn’t just a side show – it’s a star in its own right. The Blueberry Scone was a dance of flavors in our mouths, bursting with the sweetness of fresh blueberries wrapped in a delicately baked treat. The croissant sandwiches were a revelation – flaky, buttery, and generously filled, they are a testament to the cafe’s commitment to quality and taste.

But Cafe Dolce isn’t just about fantastic food and drinks. The service is exceptional, and the ambiance is fun and visually pleasing – a testament to its status as a top St. Louis hotspot. Nestled in a great part of town, the cafe’s location adds to its allure, making it a destination not just for a quick bite, but for a delightful culinary adventure.

In conclusion, Cafe Dolce on The Hill is not just a cafe – it’s a celebration of great food, phenomenal drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere. If you’re in St. Louis, make it a point to visit – it’s an experience you won’t want to miss.

As a coffee enthusiast, I always look for new coffee shops in St. Louis to satisfy my caffeine cravings. Recently, I stumbled upon a hidden gem nestled in the charming Italian village of The Hill. As I walked into the cozy establishment, the friendly staff greeted me with a warm smile. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee beans filled the air, making my mouth water in anticipation. I ordered my go-to iced caramel latte and decided to pair it with a few delectable pastries that caught my eye. The first sip of the latte was smooth and heavenly, and the pastries were just as delicious. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing coffee break. This place has earned a spot on my list of top coffee shops in the city!

Tiny local coffee shop. In an historic Italian neighborhood . I went for muffins that their site described as having lots of fruit only to find only choices had no fruit. But their Italian cookies were the best I’ve had. Orange-almond and the pistachios were the BEST. I will go back ( and I live over 100 miles away ) to get cookies for parties and Christmas! Locals were sitting out front at tables enjoying coffee and a lovely fall day. Good place to take a breath and relax.

This is an authentic Little Italy staple! The cannoli is even better than the shops in New York! The cannolis are freshly filled after you order them as well. The neighborhood hospitality is still there- one couple came to the door 5 minutes after closing time and the owner was kind enough to let them in for a quick dessert to go. That shows heart that I never see anywhere else. Bravo!
