2/11/23 ticket #0194 Worst pizza I ever received. I still have them but I don’t want a re-make because the sauce is horrible. I ordered through UberEATS so no refund or credit. I still have receipt to remind myself never to order their pizza again. Maybe wings and cinnabon but not pizza. If only Papa John’s was open until 1a. Wasted $60+

Placed a delivery order that came to $55, and I tipped $15 for the driver. The pizzas themselves were delicious, so 5 stars there. Major props to the cooks. My problem though is the same problem I have with most of these mega-corporations nowadays in them contracting out their deliveries to DoorDash drivers. My pizzas were delivered much later than the last provided ETA (ie; once the pizzas left the store) and they were lukewarm. Reading some of the other reviews about just this particular location, my experience doesn’t seem like an isolated one. If you order from here, my suggestion would be to just do yourself a favor and do carryout

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food that never showed up. They claimed to send a replacement and that never showed up, called just before closing to find out what was going on and the phones were off. 2 hours of my life spent hungry.

Took two hours to show up, missing items, and the rest was barely warm. The manager claims he excused most of the staff because it was “slow”, until it wasn’t. They were understaffed as a result. He offered credit to make good, but that didn’t help last night. Dinner at 11pm when I ordered after 8. Never again.
