We love coming her every trip at least once! You can not go wrong with anything you order! Everything has been spot on each time!!! The picture is from this most recent visit! There was no wait this time but last time on a Sunday was about 15-20 min wait. The can get packed quick. When you go in you have to scan a QR code and get added to the wait list.

One of the best breakfast places I’ve been to in Waco. Highly recommend! My husband and I enjoyed a lovely omelette combo that came with a pancake or toast. I specifically had the taco omelette and my husband had the fajita omelette. We also got a side of corned beef hash. The coffee is also scrumptious. Highly recommend this lovely cafe. The cafe has a discount for paying in cash.

Today, I went to Cafe Cappuccino looking for a good breakfast in a place that I had not visited before.
When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was the decoration, a decoration that makes you feel good.
But I don’t think you are reading this review to know about how they decorated the place…
When I arrived, they attended me quickly, and offered me a table.
The wait to order was not that long either.
I can say that the service was excellent.
Although when I left there were a lot more people in the restaurant and I don’t think there were many people to serve, compared with the number of people that were in the restaurant. I did knowledge that the servers were in a rush.
But let’s focus on my experience; it was an excellent service.
Now let’s talk about the food.
The food was good, and it came pretty fast.
Everything was well cooked, but of everything I ordered, what stood out was the breakfast burrito with bacon…
The bacon was crispy and flavorful, and everything in that burrito was perfect.
The rest was normal, something you can find in any good breakfast place in town.

Cafe Cappuccino is such an amazing restaurant. When we first arrived, we’re were immediately greeted. Hospitality was definitely what I loved about our experience the most. Our server Rosie was so awesome and was very attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I come to this location frequently. Dine in or carry out. We have never ever been treated other than with wonderful kindness by the owner except for today. I ordered carry out. Usually ready in 15 minutes. I ordered, had to dress and headed that way, I might have gotten there at 8 am. Had to wait for my order. Not a big deal. Although 5 staff members hung out behind counter, not busy. At about 8:14 the owner comes out with my order, to specifically point out to me that my order was to be ready at 8:04. Implying I should not have shown up early, spent 50.00 dollars for breakfast to be time shamed. I could have retaliated by saying yeah, well it’s 8:14 now! But I was so angry, I took my food and left. I really hope this is a one off. RICHLAND DR location

This was my first time dining at Cafe Cappucino. I had looked it up online and decided to give it a try. I would have given 1 star based on the food alone, but again, I decided to give it a chance to rectify my concern(s). When I walked in, my first impression was that it was a quaint and cozy restaurant. I waited a few minutes to see if I would be greeted and nothing. No hello or welcome…nothing. A nice gentleman who was standing beside me brought to my attention that there is a QR scan code that you must use to register on their waitlist. Ohhh okay. Well, for us older generations, we are still trying to get use to all the apps and scan codes in our faces. Anyways, I went through the routine of getting my name on the waitlist. A few minutes later I was called and taken to my booth. My waitress was named Daphne, and she had a warm and pleasant personality. I ordered the scrambled eggs, a hot link sausage with crispy hashbrowns, a pancake, a cup of grits and a coffee. I’d say I waited about 7-8 minutes before my food arrived. When I began to try the eggs, I found that they were barely warm as well as my pancake and my grits were lukewarm and soupy. This is the south, and it’s unheard of for grits to be soupy…ever. I mean, visually, it looked appealing enough to eat, but I don’t eat cold food, and I’m certainly not okay with spending my money on “cold food”. Daphne came over and asked if everything was alright and I told her no. She then sent over the Manager of the Day, Dale. He listened to my concern and offered me a redo. I accepted, and he had the waiter bring me hot scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and a freshly made pancake, which is the actual size of the plate it sits on. The food was good, but not as amazing as I would have hoped for.
I can appreciate the effort from Daphne and Dale to address my concern and leave me satisfied. I believe I will return in the future to try other dishes this place has to offer, and hopefully, I can give more stars for A+ service. But for now, they will get a C +.

The food here was great, but the service was not, and it was largely because of the manager working that day. The rest of the staff was friendly, but it felt like no one could do their jobs because he was too busy standing around chatting with a table while guests waited.
We waited far too long to be seated (15minutes exact after our table was ready) and when I politely approached him, his dismissive attitude made it clear he wasn’t interested in helping. That set the tone for the rest of the visit, slow service, long waits for drinks, and an overall feeling of being ignored.
It’s a shame because the food was delicious, but one unprofessional manager completely overshadowed the effort of the rest of the staff.

They have the best pancakes! They were even heart-shaped for Valentine’s Day! The menu has lots of great options with something for everyone. Good size portions for a reasonable price. The service is great also.
