Went inside to Order a Chocolate Shake because the drive through had 3 cars, and there was only one other person in the dining area inside and I believe they had already ordered, one of the only 2 employees I seen took my order after about 10 minutes waiting at the counter, then I stood there for another 10 minutes afterwards wondering why the guy that just took my order is just standing there in the drive through window not doing anything, finally the manager asked if I had been waited on, I said yeah about 20 minutes ago and Im still waiting for my shake, after that It took about 3 more minutes……not an I’m sorry or here’s a coupon for a free fry or anything!! Never again!!

Burger King has an iconic taste that I crave and this area delivered. My kids tore up their fries and I got my usual “chicken fries on a whopper with cheese”. Super good. Will come again!

I really couldn’t tell you about my experience, because I sat in the drive-through, for five minutes, without a single person responding. There was literally three cars in front of me that had just gotten their order taken and at least four cars behind me. Seems like we have children running this restaurant instead of adults. Burger King needs to close down this store and any store, that isn’t running at 100% customer service

Place really fell short. The fries were cold and hard. The burger was chewy. The hot poppers were overcooked and had no middle. The restaurant was very dirty.

Had a really messed up order, like the whole thing was wrong. Ms Terry replaced the whole meal and even fed 2 other guys with the food that was wrong. All around Ms Terry saved the day, and fed 5 people instead of 3. Props to ya Ms Terry

I love Burger King Whoppers, however, on this day the burger just was not right. Once I took a bite out of this Imposter bun, it was soggy for some dam reason…
The bun was OK, however, it simply was not a Burger King bun. It is like they ran out of the Original Good Buns, and walked across the street to Sam’s to get some Imposter buns until the truck brought more supplies.
Take a look at the soggy crap!!! Take a look at the shape, and where are my Seasame Seeds on the top??????
Sure, the burger was ok, but when you go to get a Double Whopper, a d it is just not right, it is a huge let down after you have been getting all pumped up ready to devour that Master Piece, but, it is just a Soggy, second rate burger that will never be of King Value or Quality!!!

My grand daughter wanted Burger King so we decided let’s try it. NEVER AGAIN! The brisket whopper was very disgusting and cold! The girl at the window NEVER gave my sister and I a receipt for our food. When taking the sandwich back for a refund we couldn’t unless we had a receipt which we NEVER got from the girl at the window! She seems like she didn’t even understand the whole concept of giving customers their receipt!! When we told her she didn’t give us one she said “Oh” and walked away. Someone needs to come re-train these people on customer service and their attitudes period! I’m not sure if the guy that came to the window was the manager but if he was, his attitude was horrible and needs adjusting!!! Needless to say we WON’T BE BACK to this location EVER AGAIN!!!!!
