This place has been by far my favorite breakfast spot in the city. The food was absolute top tier quality and not anymore expensive than any other brunch spot. I ordered the breakfast enchiladas with red Chile and it was amazing. Our server was fantastic as well, super attentive, friendly and even gave us a tour of the Speakeasy. Music was also great, and the patio was nice and lively. Definitely going to coke here again

The atmosphere was relaxing. We sat outside even though it was hot there is shade. Loved the taste of all of our food. The service was great as well. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no diaper changing station, made it really hard to change my baby.

Nice place to grab a bite. It’s a bit pricey.

Such a wonderful surprise. This is a gem of a place. The side salad is worthy of entree status with an abundance of fresh tomatoes and sliced bell pepper. The Cuban sandwich is excellent and bursting with flavor. The fries I had along with it were scrumptious- slightly battered and nicely seasoned. Live Music completed the experience.

Great Cozy place with awesome service and the food to boot. Been wanting to eat here for quite a while. It did not disappoint! An Old Fashion drink to start and Chicken and Waffles to complete. Will come again for sure. Kudos to the staff.

Came with my mom for breakfast on a whim one Sunday and had such delicious food, we will definitely be back! Our server told us the restaurant is part of Vernon’s Speakeasy so now I want to return for that too. Highly recommend!

Tucked away in the heart of the North Valley’s 4th Street, Cafe 6855 is an addition to Vernon’s Steakhouse offering tasty and enticing dishes for the breakfast and brunch crowd. Being that it shares the location with a nightlife speakeasy, the dark setting took a moment to adjust to but nonetheless does not deter or discourage anyone from its subtle charm. The menu offers options to satisfy any and every type visitor without a lengthy or overcomplicated menu, let alone the large portions and great prices. Tons of natural light mixed with friendly and attentive staff while a live local piano player plays makes this place a top option for future brunches. For those wondering why only 4 stars instead of 5? Well unfortunately a pair of overpoached eggs during the brunch rush will soon be made up for as I anticipate my next visit. Cheers!

Enjoyed lunch on a beautiful day out on the patio at Cafe 6855. I had the New Mexico take on The Cuban Sandwich. I really liked the uniqueness of the red chile pork tenderloin that came on it. I’m a huge fan of Cuban Sandwiches and this was a good one. My wife enjoyed a nice crisp Cobb Salad. Our server was very friendly and helpful with the menu.
