I ordered a bun mi sandwich special that has chicken, steak with all the vegetables that they put in a bun mi sandwich. I was impressed with the fact that the bun was toasted so it was a little warm and full of meat and the vegetable. The meat was very delicious and flavorful with the crunch of the bun. Made it a very, very good experience. I highly recommend their sandwich. They have a nice size dining area inside and there’s parking in back.

I had a great experience! I came here today because my friend was craving Pho. We chose this place because it was the only one open on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. with a rating above 4.0. Upon arriving, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were seated immediately and given menus. I ordered the brisket and pork pho, and my friend ordered the same. I also ordered the cream cheese wontons and the fried egg rolls. Everything arrived extremely quickly, surprisingly, and we’re hot! The atmosphere was very cozy and open. What made the experience even better was the cost! It was only $20-30 bucks! I am absolutely going to return. The food is very simple yet delicious!

This morning I was craving Vietnamese food and decided to check if I can place a pick up order nearby my workplace. I found Cadao Express and decided to try them out. I ordered a Traditional Banh Mi (cold cut) and Springrolls (pork and shrimp) both with special requests. I came to pick up and the person ringing me up again asked to confirm the special requests. While waiting, I was called back to work and was not able to eat right away but as soon as I was able to, I noticed the spring rolls were not made correctly but I was so hungry I was willing to look past and ate it. And then came time to eat the banh mi and when I realized that was also made wrong, I had to call to inform them. The gentleman that initially took my order was the one that picked up. I explained to him what happened and he offered to make my order again. Unfortunately I wasn’t going to be able to sneak out of work to come get it. Without hesitation, no questions asked, he offered to drop off my order to my work place. The level of customer service I was shown really took me by surprise. He followed through and now I am enjoying this delicious banh mi as I write this review. It speaks volumes as a small business owner to take care of an issue that may be small to some but big to another. I will be recommending my co workers and my clients to this place if they ever need a fix for Vietnamese cuisine. I am truly grateful and will order here when I work and have a craving but look forward to becoming a regular and trying many more dishes from Cadao Express soon!

Edit: They renovated, and I love the new, bigger interior! I tried banh canh cua (crab udon) and it was delicious. Service was a little slow but maybe because they reopened recently. Will come back to try other dishes.
Tiny restaurant with authentic vibe. I tried the bun bo hue, and it was not bad but I’ve had better in the city. I would go here for a quick fix to my vietnamese food cravings because of the location convenience.

This Hue-style beef noodle soup is delicious; the broth is fragrant with lemongrass and chili, and the mild spiciness makes it easy to eat.

Might be my favorite bowl of pho I’ve had in a really long time. They really nail the mix of spices, slight sweetness, and all the beef cuts in my combination bowl were delicious.

Had take out. I don’t love take out pho… but it was a-ok. Spring rolls, egg rolls both pretty alright. Garlic and fish sauce chicken wings were so crispy and delicious. Vietnamese fried rice had a whole fried leg and thigh (!) on top of very well seasoned rice. Grilled chicken rice plate was also super tender and great. I’ll definitely be back!

It felt like I was back out East touring countries. The food had great flavor. General Tso was great – super sticky sauce on it. The pho had great broth – very tasty. The beef in the pho was a good portion and there were tons of noodles. I didn’t care for the egg rolls, personally.
