I was in the mood for good Chinese food and I was in Rocklin. I consulted the Google, which told me to venture northeast 2 clicks and Boom ! The food here is excellent. I had to soft Hong Kong style House Chow Mein. It was really tasty and waiter filled my coke twice without me asking. My actual helping was twice as big. I ate over half of it before taking this picture ! If I lived here I would be a regular customer.

First time visiting Loomis Chinese Restaurant and I was overly impressed with the customer service and food quality. Some of the most delicious crispy chicken, fried rice and chow mein I have had in years. Also, the soup that came with my lunch special was incredible! I’ve been searching high and low for good, flavorful Chinese and finally found my new favorite spot! Fair prices and a comfortable atmosphere. Will be returning and recommending to friends and family! A+!!!

The Mandarin chicken is battered chicken pieces covered in a sauce that reminds me of sweet and sour sauce. The chicken was hot and crispy and the fried rice that came with it was also delicious (had pieces of Asian sausages and BBQ pork, which I love).
The service is great too. Most of the seats are booth seating and the lady who took my order came back several times to check that I have enough water and that everything was good. Thank you!

Phenomenal food at a fair price. Their lunch menu includes many options. The honey walnut shrimp combo was not on the lunch menu, however, they had no problem making it when asked. They had some of the best tasting water when dining in. I’m still thinking about it, it was that good. Get a tap water to go if you’re not dining in.

We ordered pork fried rice and spring rolls for takeout. While we waited we had a wonton soup. The soup was warm and tasty. The portion of fried rice was fair. It was good. I wouldn’t say it was great though. If I’m in the area again I would like to try another dish because as we waited for our to go everyone else’s food looked delicious.

How did I not know about this restaurant? It is by far the best Chinese food in our area. We enjoyed Schezwan Beef, Cashew Chicken, and Generals Chicken. Wow! They were so good, hot, and fresh! Lots of very fresh veggies in both the Schezwan Beef and the Cashew Chicken. And this has to be one of the best Generals’ Chicken I’ve ever eaten anywhere. The only disappointment was the corn chicken soup. Sorry, but it was just lame. I don’t know about the other soups, but we will try a different one next time.

First time customers we choose takeout. Mongolian beef, Kung Pao Chicken And potstickers steamed rice. Chineese food is one of our luxeries comming from the San Francisco peninsula and Bay Area. Dissapointed is a kind remark. Food was lacking in taste, sauce for entries was boring pedestrian would not be harsh enough to describe bland. Kung Pao chicken was overwhelmed with celery, few nuts and even less chicken. Mongolian Beef some beef a lot of onions and underwheling no richness in sauce. Steamed rice was dry, If you want a good Chineese Food experience go someplace else. Take Out Food Tips are automatic 20, 25 , 30 percent , with other options you input tip. We have been coming here for a couple of years now. This place is consistently delicious. I have tried nearly every shrimp dish in this place and they are all so yummy. They are also so wonderful with our kids, that alone is worth 10 stars, as folks with kids know that not all restaurant owners are good with kids.

Was hopeful based on the reviews here, but nope EVERYTHING from the fried prawns, the egg rolls, chicken and beef was frozen Costco meals. Can microwave all the meals I had at home and much cheaper that this overpriced dump.
Lemon chicken is supposed to be cutlets, not tenders, and the sauce should actually taste like lemon.
The bathroom was a disgustingly dirty. That door has decades of caked on dirt same for the light switch. Imagine what the kitchen looks like!
