Passing through the area and stopped in for a bit to eat and a beer. I had a mushroom Swiss burger and it was excellent. My wife had the loaded fries and was pleased. No beer on draft but the beer was cold and reasonably priced.so close enough !! Not fancy but everything we needed. Bar tender and cook both attentive to making sure we were happy with our meal.

Claim they are serving little neck clams they are not. Ordered bacon onion cheese fries. One piece of bacon laid across top. Five pieces of onion and overloaded with ranch dressing instead of cheese would not recommend the food ..

The lady manager was rude when saying we no longer wanted the wings because the cook put the wings to his nose and sniffed them as he didn’t know which wings were which. The cook came out with saran wrap over his lacerations. We explained to the lady manager that Covid is real and if he didn’t know which wings were which we would just taste them and figure it out. She was short and dismissive. When we asked for our card because we had an open tab she haf a attitude and kicked us out the bar. Never have I ever received so horrible customer service.

Went in for a drink with a friend last night and had a great time. Nice atmosphere, very clean. Kim was so friendly, we didn’t have anything to eat this time but we will be back to try her pierogies 🙂

I frequent this bar when I visit JC because of the bartenders and the very reasonable prices. The bartenders especially Bob are friendly and efficient never having to wait for a drink. The food is really good as well and they have nice specials.

Too loud, too hot. Ok burger. No draft beer, no martinis, hot wine. Probably great if you are a regular. Otherwise, once was enough.

The Lestershire is a small pub at 85 CFJ Blvd in Johnson City Ny. The pub has been freshly renovated and nicely done. The staff was super friendly.
The food we ordered was excellent and everything

Staff is fantastic the biggest problem with this place is there are no draft beers. Liquor selection is pretty decent for a bar this size.
