I don’t know what they put in the shrimp and the steak burritos but it is pretty damn good. The burritos are missing a bunch of ingredients you would normally see in a standard burrito but it doesn’t even matter since it is still delicious.

I ordered a quesadilla and asked what came on it. I agreed it sounded fine, but when it was made, the server put very little cheese on it and added guacamole—even though I told her I am allergic. When I reminded her, she pulled it off with her gloved hands. I asked her to change gloves because of my allergy, and she rolled her eyes, used the same tongs, and didn’t even let the cheese melt before throwing it on my plate.
The woman at the register told her to remake it, but even then, the quesadilla had almost no cheese, was undercooked, and fell apart when I tried to eat it. For $12, I got food I couldn’t eat and terrible service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here—it happens almost every time I go.

no fills cantina (could use a space heater in the place), good food. don’t understand the pricing when you order a la carte from the buffet setup they have there, though. I’ve been in there multiple times and order two chicken thighs rice, beans one empengada one papusa a little Mac salad and little Cole slaw. one time it was $22, another time it was $15. each time the price is different. Is it priced by weight, how exactly does this places price an order when you pick different things rom the buffet???

Stopped by for a quick bite. Found some street parking in the area a block away from the restaurant. Establishment has a pretty short menu, and some indoor seats. Tacos were pretty standard but I do think they give you a nice portion of protein with each serving. Service was also very quick. I tried to order the lengua taco but they didn’t have any when I was there (Saturday lunch), so I settled for a chicken taco instead. This place is more of a order to go or eat quickly inside. It’s super convenient and close to the blue line.

Best tacos ever. Steak is so tender and flavorful, and when you get a taco they put everything on it… cheese, guac, crema, etc. you can just get 2 and you’ll be full.

First and last time for me! Total waste of money! Poorly put together! Charged me the same as meat, even though it was vegetarian. The taco was like a small bowl, with oversized tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots! It was horrible!

I asked how the salad was made. The woman told me: lettuce, tomato, avocado. That’s it. I asked for grilled chicken and they drenched the salad in dressing. When I asked for a new one, the server said that’s how salads comes. When the “description” says none of this. Not coming back here again. Specially when the servers are rude
