Been over a year since I have stopped in, ill start with the service was fantastic. My food was hot. My biscuit was perfect!! Coodos to the biscuit maker this morning. The girl in the drive thru was nice and polite and im sure corporate loves that she scripts perfectley!! As to all the reviews on here and people hating just know that this corporation cares nothing for its employees and dosent care if they are trained. No incentives to do better!! They took them all away years ago. 5 stars to the employees who show up everyday and try their best to feed all the critics of the world while probably only trying to feed their familys by working here…. 1 star to the people in charge, not the general managers but the ones who are supposed to be their support!! DO BETTER!!!! Also corp where is my cup!!! The only incentive I was ever given to give you guys a perfect inspection And I never got it!! Lol! Lame lame lame. (Former general manger of many stores)

Hardee’s in Sleepy eye is under new management. The new GM brings her baby to work every day. Pushes the baby around in the kitchen. Changes her diapers and without washing her hands or wearing gloves, makes your food. Cooks with the baby on her hip screaming and crying over ur food. They have zero concept of time. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for a burger. This weekend they only had chicken to serve. Couldn’t even get a shake. Took me 40 minutes inside to get a 3 piece chicken yesterday. This place has seriously gone down hill in the last two weeks!!! Food Bourne illness is a real thing!!! If u get sick after eating at Hardee’s in sleepy eye I guarantee ur eating a baby poop burger. I wish I wasn’t serious! And the new manager is soooo rude! Constantly screaming at her employees, her baby, and her customers. I feel like if u don’t like ur job u should find a new one… quickly… so I can eat at Hardee’s again without getting sick.

Stopped by this morning In Sleepy Eye for breakfast. Was greeted at the drive through by an employee who asked me to pull up to the window cause there headsets were not working. Kind of hard to order without looking at a menu. Get to the window and was told they have no biscuits. It’s nine thirty on a Sunday. Then ordered two loaded omelet burritos and was told they only have one tortilla. Why are you even open!?? Employees were all nice and felt ashamed that they can’t even serve their customers! Seems like another corporate chain that didn’t give a dang about their employees or the town they are trying to serve! Feel horrible for the employees.

Really appreciate the personalized service from Ahnika and Richard. I have been in several times on a lesson with a special needs student. They have been so kind and helpful. Also, Kasee has been quick in getting our order out to us.

Girl cooking messed up then yelled about how it wasn’t her fault. And you could hear throughout the establishment. Richard was great though, very sociable and prompt in fixing problems. Must have came on a bad day they were out of a lot.

Your employee Richard at the Sleepy Eye, MN location made our day. We travel from SD to MN and always stop at this Hardee’s when traveling. Richard made our day with his great personality, we had a huge order for grandpa and I, our daughter and her 6 kids. Our order was perfect, brought to use with care and Richard was witty, friendly and went over and above. He is a fantastic addition to your company. It was a joy to have him serve us. Can’t wait till next time when
we travel that way and hopefully Richard will still be employed at Hardee’s!

The last 3 visits to Sleepy Eye Hardee’s, Richard has served me. Richard is polite, knowledgeable and treats all the customers with dignity. He is a valuable addition to the Sleepy Eye team!
I e. I walked in the store at 10:20 AM today, I ordered 2 omelet biscuits. They were out of omelet mix with only 10 mins remaining before switching to lunch menu. He said, “let me check”, came back and announced “omelets will be avail shortly” and handed me beverage cup for my wait. This type of attitude makes customers feel important and appreciated! Richard’s “customer service” skills are witnessed by his staff and will be a huge improvement to grow repeat business! Be sure to commend for his efforts with an incentive!
