What a great first impression. The ensalada was fresh. The added grilled chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The carne asada was also perfectly grilled. The steak was a little hard to cut against the grain but easily pulled apart with the grain. Black beans were flavorful (reminiscent of Peso’s on lower queenanne). Cactus pico had nice size chunks of cactus in it. House made corn tortillas were really good. I’m generally only a flour tortilla hombre. The house white wine was good and the Cadillac marg was outstanding in flavor balance. We also tried the chapalinas (pan seared grasshoppers). There is a little spiciness to them but they were good. First time having them. Lastly they are a mexcal bar and make their own line of mezcal and you can buy by the bottle there. The presentation of the mezcal included a dab of mezcal worm salt. So between the chicken, steak, grasshoppers and worm salt, it was grubbing! 😉
Parking is tough, but i think they have garage parking.

Just had dinner there (early) with family and enjoyed it tremendously. I had the Carne a la Mexicana. Absolute knockout. Perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and vibrant with that classic trio of tomato, onion, and chili—simple ingredients, executed with confidence and respect. It was bold without being heavy, comforting yet exciting, and the kind of dish you keep thinking about the next day.

I rated it a 4 because I wish the Happy Hour time did not end at 5 and had a real happy hour instead of a $1 off the priced drinks. $2 off would make more sense or a beer and or cocktail of the week at a decent happy hour price would bring this place more business. The food is amazing!

It’s crazy to me this restaurant isn’t rated higher. The vibes of the space were so cute and bright and the food was delicious and fresh. We popped in for tacos and the corn tortillas were homemade, stuffed full of tender carne asada, and topped with the perfect amount of chopped cilantro and onion.

Carne Asada was delicious! Chicken tacos were fine. Wish there was soft booth seating vs hard chairs. Would absolutely come back for the carne asada.

Such a cute place with the beautiful decor and excellent food and drinks. We go guacamole and chips, fish tacos, pozole soup and fried plantains for desert. Also got two different Mescal-based drinks. Everything is super fresh, tasty, and lives us wanting to come back for more!)

I ordered the Carne Asada, and the steak was absolutely delicious! The included rice/beans/corn tortilla were pretty good, but the star of the show was the meat. My date enjoyed the beans, and states that they “had a good flavor to them”.
We went ~2 hours to closing time, and the servers were responsive to questions we had about dietary constraints. We plan to go back soon, and I’ll update this review if anything changes!

Great authentic Mexican food nice service. We went there on a weekday evening yet the Service was pretty prompt and on point even though they were just two people at the front of the house.
The cocktail was really nice. I only tried the blackberry but plan to try the rest of the menu as well. Chips and salsa was very authentic thread sauce was very spicy and I love it. Want to have it over and over again.

Came here for a team lunch on a weekday this week, it was not crowded. Restaurant was very nicely decorated with the festive mood, everyone one the team ordered different food and all say good. Appetizers like the ceviche and Buffalo wings are good too. Server was friendly.
