We will be back! Food and service was great. We had the meat lovers skillet and southwestern omelette with pancakes. Sugar free syrup is available upon request. Pancakes were fluffy and absorb the syrup. Our waiter was great and answered our questions. Lighting is a little dark but the place is nicely decorated and clean.

We had a nice little girls breakfast on a Sunday morning. Arrived a little after 11 and only had a five minute wait. We were seated in the very back, a large open room and it was perfect! Out there it wasn’t too loud even though there was a pretty packed house.

YUM YUM YUM. Delicious breakfast food. WONDERFUL service. Food was ready very quickly. I loved every bite of my pancakes – it was quite the serving too! Will definitely visit again to try other delights on the menu.

I had biscuits and gravy and their “traditional” Eggs Benedict. The gravy was not very good at all. Eggs Benedict was just ok, sweet tea tasted a bit odd. Service was fine no issues there just not my favorite place.

Building is well kept enough but had flaws such as peeling wallpaper. Service was fairly decent with kind servers. But the food to put it nicely was for the most part… edible. Got the chicken fried steak and a side order of bacon so ~$17 total, got hasbrowns and they lacked any modicum of flavor and was unevenly cooked. Had my eggs scrambled but once again lacking in flavor with a rubbery texture. Sourdough toast wasn’t even toasted on one side for each slice and butter tasted chemically. Most disappointing though the country fried steak itself was chewy with watery gravy.

UPDATE: brought the leftover omelette and skillet home and fed it to the chickens. They obviously disagreed with our review because they gobbled up those leftovers; however, they consider bug larvae and raw, ground corn a delicacy, so . . .

Their food is amazing! It’s a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. You will definitely leave here with a full belly. You get a lot of food and the taste is on point. So it is so worth going!!!

We love this place! It is so quaint and friendly, service is wonderful and fairly speedy, and the staff know you after one visit. We’ve become “weekend regulars” as they call us and even brought some friends to join. They offer fun alternatives along with “normal” southern foods as well as the local appeal from Minnetrista. Go visit!! You’ll love it!!

Loved this little resturaunt, and so does everybody else. It was super busy, which is great! But the seating is kind of tight in my opinion, and the food was what you would expect. Nothing crazy but great little breakfast spot!

Tasty food and low prices, but service was abysmal because the staff were brutally overworked. Having a server deal with eight jam-packed tables, plus bussing those tables, is completely unfair, and in a city with Muncie’s poverty and unemployment, there is no excuse for it.
