Food was typical for a Burger King but service was okay. The girl at the counter kept complaining about others not showing up for work and that she’s going to be quitting that dump and it really got me thinking should I even come back here in the future? Idk the food was good though for Burger King so that’s what would make me consider going back to this location.

I’ve been meaning to make this review for a week but I’ve been busy so here I am now. I think the fact that I’m still thinking about this visit and wanting to make this review should say a WHOLE LOT. I’ve recently started delivering food with uber. A lot of places, especially other burger kings typically have me waiting for at least 20 minutes on food. This burger King though was amazing! They greeted me as soon as I came in! They were so kind and friendly! They already had the order ready to go as well! I didn’t have to wait at all. Charity and her team were awesome and the atmosphere was happy. That is truly refreshing to see now a days. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for a beautiful experience!

I thought it was supposed to be fast food yett almost everything I go there im there for 30 mins for a few simple items I mean 10 mins just to get a order taken and then 20 for them to make it is crazy. I’ve worked fast food and when I was working fast food if it took that long the whole shift would be damn near fired yet places like this hold no standards period.

Ok. As most people know, the New Haven BK is always an odd place with employees bickering and what-not. And honestly, up until last week, I’d always taken it with a grain of salt. That is until last week when I went in with my young niece late one morning. The wait was long as usual but that wasn’t the worst part of it. Two of the women in the back were threatening to beat each other up, all the while using a slew of cuss words at each other. The topper was the manager Lisa, who refused to step in and put their fighting to a rest. My niece, I, and others had the misfortune of spending 10 minutes (while we waited to get our food and to get out) observing the manager talk to a DoorDash Driver in such rude, condescending and arrogant tones, I wanted to cuss her out. His English was pretty limited, but he was super nice to her and all she did was belittle the poor guy. A little tact and understanding would have gone a long way. I was mortified and embarrassed at what my niece had to witness. With all of the senseless bigotry and ignorance on a national level, I sure as heck don’t want to see it at a burger joint. Shame on you, Burger King and MS LISA! Perhaps some further training in social skills and effective customer service relations is in order. Such a shame ☺️ i will continue relaying what I experienced with friends and loved ones. That said, HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Inside smells like dirty mop water has flies. Service is desperately lacking and the food is usually wrong. Doesn’t matter if you use the app to order ahead, will still have to wait in line with other customers. Most recent visit food quality and portions sucked. Manager said he was about to walk right out front with many customers.

Pretty good overall. This Burger King only has the regular soda machine. Not the big fancy one that downtown Fort Wayne has where you can mix all sorts of flavors.
The food was hot and fresh.
The service was great considering she was running all over the place doing the job of like 3 people.
No iced tea. But they have three flavors of slushy next to the soda machine.

This is the second time recently I’ve ordered from the app and they hadn’t even started my order. Gave them plenty of time. Guy acted surprised when I told him I had an online order. Store wasn’t busy at all. Ordering from the app is just a waste of time.
