The wings are dry and the bread was not toasted. Very unsatisfied as this is not the first time this has happened. Last time I ordered boneless wings, I had to ask for more sauce because they were so dry. Why not add chicken nuggets to the menu if they are going to serve dry wings?

I asked that window if they put the sauce in there and they confirm they had so I pulled off and pulled into a parking spot to check and they hadn’t so I got to drive through the drive-through a second time in the pouring down rain and I was very disappointed in the four little scrawny chicken fingers Their size and weight and I think that Zaxby’s needs up their game and their service and apparently working at Zaxby’s in Dayton is more of a social event than caring about their job and even lying to customers instead of being too lazy to double check to make sure before you hand them their order that it is correct

Very dirty inside. The 35 minutes I was inside there was old food on every table and the floors was very dirty. Trash on several tables was there the whole time. I told the girl that the drink machine was empty. She told me that maybe she needs to change the syrup. I waited for her to do it. She never did in 35 minutes.
I am very disappointed and wish I had my money back. The chicken was very small and counted as 1 piece each. Probably should have went to Bojangles. The place needs an adult running it. The kids here are doing terrible.

Ordered online, waited inside 30 minutes.. they “forgot” my food. So it and I sat there getting cold. They did make it right buy remaking the food. Still, I had just finished working 13 hours, and did mine standing around for 30 minutes AFTER the pick up time.

I went through the drive through at 9:45 pm. Restaurant closed at 10:00. I waited 15 minutes. The chicken sandwich and fries were cold. I was very disappointed. Couldn’t take it back. Restaurant was now closed. Who does something like this? I’ll never go back.

I went to this location on Thursday night around 9:30pm. Did not receive my food until after 10pm and food was incorrect. Ordered wings and things with tongue torch tenders, received them plain and fries were not seasoned. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo, no tomato on sandwich. How can a place take 30 minutes to get so much wrong?

My husband and I ordered traditional wings and they gave me the wrong meal. I told them I ordered the traditional wings , the assistant manager and the cashier proceeded to argue with me. I was being rude and the assistant manager said that she would get my meal. I went and sat down. She came over and said that I would have pay the difference of the meal very rudely. My husband looked at the receipt and took it up to the assistant manager and showed I paid for traditional wings. Then gave me the food with no apologies. And the drink machine was out of a lot of drinks and they didn’t care and the wings were dried out.

Owners and operators need to stand and take attention to what’s going on in the Zaxby’s restaurants. From reading the reviews, this place should be less than one star it needs to either revamp management or revamp employees to get the job done correctly. This is unacceptable for the prices that you pay for this food and all you get back is I’m sorry you had a bad experience contact so and so so that we can fix it . Just a heads up more than two bad experiences at your store. People are not gonna come back. I ordered online MrBeast feast Ables box. The chicken is stale and dry. The fries were barely warm. The cheese bites were hard and chewy. As far as the sauce goes. I got a plastic container with less than a quarter inch of sauce in the bottom of it for my chicken Did not change the sauce for the cheese bites which I would have because I’m not a fan of Zack sauce. I stopped eating From Zaxby’s roughly 2 years ago for this exact same thing in Hixson Tn. I’m just wondering if you have the same manager from Hixson to here now because it’s the same kind of drab food . The overall experience was cool ordering online driving up to the drive-through picking it up. I just wish the food could have been fresher and at least got my dipping sauce for my chicken probably will not shop there again.

Worst service ever! Stood up at the register forever waiting on someone to come take our order. Even the guy making the food said yall want me to come up there and take their order? He said no ill get it and walked off. We stood there and had to wait on him forever to come back to take our order. He gets back up there and says what do yall want? After getting our order it was wrong and missing items. He argued we weren’t and we gave him the receipt. He said oh we will have to make those. To make matters worse the whole lobby was a wreck and the drink machine was over flowing into the floor. There was a pool out into the lobby from it. The rug was sitting in the middle of it. Our food was horrible like it was old and had been sitting. The chicken was dried out inside of it. Really just a bad enough experience that we will not be back. The filth was just as bad in the lobby. Was a waste of $45.00
