This was our first visit and we will return. Staff were very polite and professional. The reason for the four stars is due to had to send both of our breakfast platters back due to raw egg whites. Food tasted fresh and hot, and was plated well. Waitress was very sweet and attentive. We liked the decor, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Bathroom kept clean and stocked. We plan on visiting again for either lunch or dinner, and definitely will do breakfast again. Great small town restaurant with good food and staff!

This place is awesome… really good down home cooking, reasonable prices, and friendly service. A new frequent stop for sure. And the fried green tomatoes… somebody in that kitchen knows what the hell they doing…everything was delicious.

Staff was very friendly, but I was pretty let down by the quality and quantity of food I received, especially for the price. Maybe I was just expecting a little too much from it because the menu said that they were voted best chicken fried steak by county line magazine. I suppose my primary disappointments were that the steak was a little smaller than my hand & pretty tough, the okra had 5 stems in it and there was no bread served with the meal.
All in all, I would say that this is probably a better place for ladies to meet up & chat instead of for hungry guys to show up to. Once again the staff was very friendly and I give them props for that.

The food was SO good! Southern cooking at its best. Staff made us feel at home, and the building has vintage charm. Also, the sweet tea was perfect!

The food is great, the atmosphere is great and the newly remodeled area is beautiful. Chef Ben really has done a spectacular job here in Canton and by the way the buttermilk pie…just get it. Yum.

This place is awesome! Come early or you may have a short wait time but I assure you, it’s worth it. I’m not sure if it’s a new restaurant or a newly remodeled restaurant as I am not a local but either way, it looks great inside and out. Courteous staff, clean restrooms, a lot of places to sit and a good selection of meals at reasonable prices to choose from. I recommend the fried green tomatoes Not to mention its located on the square in downtown and there are several shops to walk around and visit while you are there.
