I ordered a custom sandwich. The crispy onion Whopper completely special and it’s safe to say they understood the assignment. Everything was fresh at 1:30 in the afternoon right around the time when fast food gets cold right after the lunch rush. They did amazing today. Completely went above and be on the standard of Burger King as a whole. Good job guys. You made a very happy family today.

Some of the coldest food I’ve ever ordered through the app and took it back in and she touched my sandwiches (all 4) and threw them back in the bag all out of wrappers but 1! Dog wouldn’t even eat his 2! I complained and no one cared so I leave reviews and move on! I use to praise this one because I grew up near it, but I won’t be back, beware!

Ordered around 1pm on 3/1. Probably the best order I’ve ever received from Door Dash or Uber. All the utensils were in the bag, the food/wrappers were clean and folded up nicely. Nothing was covered in grease. It looked like someone actually took pride in their work, well done.

I decided to get a combo, the cashier ran my card as cash, too minutes to correct it. Time I got my food to eat, it was cold. I quit going to this location years ago and I guess it still sucks!!

I ordered a whopper. Which does not even come with bacon. I am Muslim and do not consume pork for religious reasons, unfortunately they decided to put bacon on my whopper. A single piece right in the middle which leads me to believe it was definitely intentional. Their service was already unprofessional and rude so I knew to look at my food before eating it and man was I upset to find that. I feel targeted by them for my religion and that’s unacceptable. It’s 2020 and were still dealing with bigots. Terrible experience with rude/professional management and workers. I will be contacting corporate and every news outlet in the area. This is unacceptable to anyone who believes In EQUALITY!!!

Conditions have improved here!
Front and back end were sanitary, food was hot and excellent like the Burger King near MLK.
Past issues:
•Unsanitary conditions w/ pests where food was being served.
Employees becoming belligerent, violent and acting unprofessional towards delivery drivers.
