Absolutely love this place as a black man it is hard to find a safe place to relax, go out and have a drink in my home town (Lowell). I have always felt welcomed and cared for by both the customers and bartenders. I’m proud to call alot of them my drinking buddies now. Service is always top notch even when it’s not your usual bartender. Love that I can smoke and go right next door for the best tacos in the area!!! Lowell Town Pub is a must go if you’re not from the area.

This place is weird. I like it because it’s a total dive, probably the worst or best I’ve ever seen. It’s great though. There is only one pool table, a diverse group of people. All the locals go here. I dislike that it said BBQ and I’m pretty sure there’s no food besides chips for sale. As I said this is a community bar, everyone knows everyone and no one is shy. If you have a sense of humor and a rougher hide, this is a pretty cool place.
