Ate breakfast here today it is awesome tasting food. We had the Mexican omelette and the House skillet, the Works, and the Steak tips. The staff and owners are friendly. Our drinks were never empty. If you are in the Plattsmouth area check them out

I have been here 3 times, never had to wait for a table and the service is always amazing. I love the food, the chicken fried steak is huge and delicious. Their potatoes are amazing. The coffee was hot and wonderful, plenty of options to make it as you like it. I havent tried the skillet yet but it looked amazing at the next table. Will get it next time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Neat little space, very intimate.
Got the gyro sandwich and chicken pablano soup for about $15, tax included. Both were good, particularly the soup.
The server was friendly and attentive.
I would love to see a few more lunch items added, but regardless, I plan to come back.

My family and I go every weekend for lunch and enjoy the food and the usual staff that is there. We went Saturday at 1:00pm and was turned away by a new crew member even though there was a table with six chairs vacant. We were told that that table was reserved ” In case of a party of six MIGHT came in”. So we went next door to the Mexican restaurant and had a great lunch and left 40 minutes later. Walked the Bistro and the table was still vacant. Disappointing, might try it again

My wife usually brings me take out so I can continue working. They do not use lunch meat on their sandwiches. It is a thick piece of ham or chicken. And the flavor is amazing!
Their pork poblano soup is amazing!! Do not miss out if they have it. You will definitely want more once you taste it!

Just had the Hot Beef Sandwich! It’s everything you’ve grown up with and more. Mash potatoes are homemade…the best part…they toasted the slices of bread so each bite had a wonderful crunch!
What a gem! For Omaha dwellers and Cass county citizens alike, the Busy Bistro is worth the drive. I’ll say it here- they have best pork tenderloin sandwich in the county. From Louisville to Avoca, no one beats Busy’s bistro. Y’all might chide my opinion and say “Iowa is just across the river” and that Glenwood might have a better tenderloin. Well, you’re wrong because Glenwood can’t out tenderloin Busy’s.
Breaded pork aside, my family had an incredibly enjoyable Sunday lunch at this establishment. So much so that I encourage anyone within a 30 min drive radius to just go here instead of anywhere else.

We try to come here every Sunday. It’s nice to have food options in town that lean towards the healthier side, as some places in town just serve fried heart attack. This place gives you really good options to choose healthier foods however, there’s also your classics foods that hit the spot on occasion! The service is great! The atmosphere is cozy and cute. The vibe is small town magic!
