Was at zoo decided to eat pizza it was closed at lagoon Terrance went here. It is 16.99 for a 10 inch cheese plus tax it was 18.31. Cash and did not ask for annual pass even though they saw it. Service okay but they expect you to know where to go. Pizza was okay not highest quality

Food is ok, but the service here is subpar and the staffs here are rude and unprofessional. I purchased two combos and 3 kids meal for my family, while waiting for the food to come, I went back in to get a refill for my refillable cup purchased at the zoo, waited in line just like everybody else, but but when it’s my turn, the cashier glanced at me and skipped me and started asking the lady behind me what she want, like I was never there. It’s a Monday and it’s not very busy, the lady behind me was the last in line, and I had two woodpile in front of me before my turn, and there are two other staffs standing there with their head down and doing nothing. After another 5 mins, one of the other staff finally came looked at me again and saying we will help you with your refill in a minute…I guess if you have purchased your food, and paid, your other needs, like the refill, becomes the secondary priority to them, and they’d rather do nothing than helping you with a 20 second task.

One of the newer eateries in the zoo that has pizzas to order. The menu is kind of limited as you can’t just get a single patty burger for kids. Also the hot dogs are only for kids’ meals.

The food was ok… pretty expensive but it was standard across the whole zoo… lots of places to eat here

Besides the food: no one wants to accept anything edible from a lady with coffin nails: that is an absolute gross oversight for food industry standards. Long nails like that are harboring stuff from all week long And yes, we did leave after eating because of belly aches.

Garlic Parmesan wings were surprisingly good. Burger bun and toppings were good, but actual patty was just a standard theme park patty. This place just opened so reviews that are more than 2 months out are of someplace else.

I left a message for the manager of this cafe at the San Diego Zoo. The food and service were wonderful…the Best of all the food we tried there. As a matter of fact we returned three times the day we were there (we were there 9 hours)! The cheese pizza was delicious…the waffle cone yummy…and the strawberry margarita hit the spot on the hot day. We loved it all. Thank you!

This is a great find. It is kinda hidden behind the skyfari. They have fries, jumbo hot dogs, pizza, jumbo corn dogs, ice cream and more. I think the best deal is the family meal. 4 drinks, 4 jumbo hot dogs or jumbo corn dogs and a bucket of French fries in a souvenir bucket to share for $50. Lots of seating available outside in the picnic area. No seating within the Cafe.

PSA the $11 personal pizza is smaller than the $1 Celeste pizzas at the grocery store

This was a great place for lunch. The Double Trouble Burger was delish. pattys were thin but with toppings including 2 thick pieces of bacon it was filling.
