Terrible customer service. The chicken livers are never fresh. Have asked multiple times for fresh on numerous occasions and I am ALWAYS lied to and told that they are fresh. Have told them multiple times I’d wait for fresh livers and every time I’m argued with and told they were fresh and have had attitude directed towards me even by managers. All I want is honesty. These livers are dark and hard as a rock. I’ll wait for fresh livers I understand it takes time. All I want is honesty and better customer service.

First time being at this location. Ordered chicken strips and gravy at the drive thru. Got no napkins and no spoon. Guess we’re supposed to eat with our fingers and wipe our mouths with our shirt. Very disappointed.

I ordered the 20 piece tender family meal and I got a box of crumbs. I got the scrap pieces of tenders. I’m sure she wouldn’t have eaten them, so why serve them to customers?
