I’ve been eating here (dine-in and delivery) for years, and this place used to be 5⭐️ But now, Pizzette has changed owners, and the food that was delivered was inedible. The pizza looked like it was reheated frozen pizza, the wings were burned and smelled off, and the bread was both made incorrectly and blackened. Such a disappointment.

It seems the name has changed online – perhaps because of new ownership – to Pizzette Miami .
But the storefront and menu at he physical storefront still says LEONAROOS.
I Ordered a Caesar salad .
The Caesar did not have any croutons, and very little Parmesan cheese .
My server Alessandra was a true professional and very attentive . 5 stars for herr , and nothing else .
She would be a huge asset to any restaurant team .
I was SHOCKED.when I asked her if the 20% service charge on my bill goes to her , and she said “NO, only any additional gratuity goes to the server .”
Wow .
To the owner – where does this 20% “service charge “ go ???

If it’s an operational cost , labor cost ,or food cost , I will kindly advise you to raise your prices , and do not mislead your customers in thinking the 20% percent service charge goes for SERVIICE, I.e. your wait staff .
Many guests may not ask about the service charge and just assume it goes to the server. .
I am glad I did ask, and tipped Alessandra with cash . I would suggest to anyone working here , to look for another job where you are treated right and with respect .
I will not be returning here .

I went here with my family for dinner and I was beyond impressed. A few friends who are regulars at this restaurant recommended it to me and it didn’t disappoint. My grandma has some complicated dietary restrictions due to a health condition and it is often times difficult when we go out for dinner. Here though, we did not experience any difficulty whatsoever. The manager (Carlos) ensured that they got every detail and precaution that they could accommodate, and even though we kept apologizing for it, he expressed nothing but genuine interest in making it right. This made us feel at ease and honestly enjoyed the experience all throughout! The food was absolutely amazing!! I even ordered a to-go plate for the hotel lol. The server (Estefany) was a freaking star and her and the manager worked well together to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you all once again for everything yall did for me and my family!! Will come back again!

Charming and cozy pizzeria with indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of pasta and appetizer options, but only had the pizza, but it was fantastic. 14-inch = 6 large slices. Large wine selection. Small beer selection (Peroni and Modelo). Coke in a can. Good service. Solid value. Had a cool 1970s pop music soundtrack. No TVs, which is a plus for ambiance.

2024 update- The new owner has kept the fantastic pizzas and the wine list is improving. The new server Christina is over the top! Her Style of knowing when to interact with us or not was spot on. Her wine service is classy with out being pretentious. I wish the owners luck trying to keep her. We’re looking forward to trying the new pasta dishes.

Pizzette is one of the great restaurants, with excellent management. Leonardo, the owner, is number one, and the whole team , from the waiters to the management , is truly outstanding. The food quality is exceptional. I’m vegan/vegetarian, and there are plenty of amazing options. It’s really top quality. If you’re ever in Italy, I highly recommend visiting!
