We visited Burtons in North Andover for a holiday party. I have been to other Burton’s locations, and this one was nicely decorated, with pleasant staff. Their menu is very basic, and some items are hit or miss. The best thing on their menu, which is always consistent, is their key lime pie! It is so fluffy and delicious. On this trip, the highlights were the veggie burger and calamari. I just wish they served the calamari with a cocktail or red sauce, and skipped the horseradish. Overall, Burtons is decent when you need to eat somewhere with options for every palette.

I have never been here and have lived in the area all my life. We decided to bring my boyfriend mother here for an early dinner. We all chose a pricey entres, 2 ribeyes and a filet. The only one that came out cooked correctly was my boyfriends. His mother and I, had very undercooked proteins. We wanted medium, it was rare. No biggie, except my filet was already burnt to a crisp on the outside. I received my portion back burnt, even more, with a little more mash, thanks guys! Such a waste of money. Never again. I’ve never, in my life not finished a filet. I had to cut the middle out of it, to eat the edible parts. Filet hockey puck in pics!

Stopped in after an ice hockey game nearby and had a great experience from start to finish. The hostess up front was awesome – immediately grabbed crayons and things for the kids without us even asking, which was a huge win.
Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Service was genuinely excellent. Food was also spot on across the board, and the overall vibe was perfect for a late lunch – relaxed but lively.
Overall, an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be back.

So I brought myself to dinner here and I couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous here. Im not enjoying the folks in shorts and a t shirt but hey lol. But for the most part well dressed attendees. This place is too fancy. So far the fried Calamari was delicious. Just ordered the Salmon Roseto with a Ceasar Salad and a side of sweet Potato fries. Dinner was delicious. And to top it all off they have Stella Artois beers, my only beer of choice served in a cold glass. I had the privilege to be waited on by Kelsey. The type of waiter every restaurant should hope to have.Very kind, attentive and personable. I Absolutely and most definitely am going to become a regular here.

Burton’s is the place to go if you have Celiac or any other allergies or food sensitivities. I ordered gluten free chicken piccata. It is so fresh and so appealing to the eye. They are very careful to keep gluten free food separate from the other food. The portion is plentiful so you won’t go hungry. The price is very reasonable and the service is great!

Disappointed Experience – Not Worth the Hype
I had high hopes for Burtons Grill & Bar in North Andover given all the buzz, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype.
From the start, things felt off. Our table and silverware weren’t clean, which immediately set a bad tone. The service didn’t help—our server made us feel rushed while ordering and seemed visibly annoyed when we asked questions about the menu, including allergy-related concerns (which should always be taken seriously). Part of our order even came out wrong, adding to the frustration.
The food itself was fine, but definitely not worth the high price tag—very small portions for what you’re paying. Overall, we left feeling disappointed and like we’d wasted a night out.
There are plenty of restaurants in the area with better service, cleaner setups, and more value for your money. I won’t be returning.

I’m out on this place. Seems like a nice restaurant with good decor but the food was lousy. First off the second we walked into the restaurant we were hit with Karen vibes, it is North Andover after all. Pretty busy for a Tuesday night, parking kinda sucked but got a table right away. I never been to a restaurant that I remember I had to pay for bread. It was $5 bucks but still thought that was odd. We ordered drinks and it was more ice then alcohol, I felt nothing. Considering it’s a signature drink on the menu with the sphere ice cube it lacked flavor and was just for show. The appts sounded awful so we passed. I guess you can say the bread was our app. I ordered the chicken piccata. It was like eating a soggy used condom with battery acid. The chicken was cooked but had no color. The 2 end pieces were barely done while the middle peice looked better. The angel hair pasta was cooked good but the entire dish ate so acidic. All I tasted was this nasty lemon flavor that over powered the dish. I assume it was lemon flavoring because it definitely didn’t have a true lemon taste yet the dish was topped off with a lemon as a garnish which didn’t taste like the lemon used in the dish. I ate the whole thing and didn’t send it back because I am not that type of patron. My wife ordered the braised short ribs and it was anything but tender. She had a tough time eating it as most of the rib was all the fat parts, anything but braised. We were disappointed sadly in the meal that we didn’t bother getting dessert. The local Maine beer I ordered was really good. The Burtons food is between the Captial Grill and 99, which are both better options then this place. Sadly we will never return to this restaurant.
