15 minutes to sit, 35 minutes before we had our order taken and 35 minutes since we ordered and still sitting here waiting.. not to mention the coffee cant even be called coffee its just hot water. Update… just got the food and sunny side up eggs looks like there been cooking the whole 40 minutes we waited.

Amazing place, we visit here quite often. Great food, great service, great staff and great atmosphere. Just a fantastic establishment that really sets the bar and shows what a dining experience should be like at other places. These last two times we went our servers went above and beyond. The first made sure my 10 month old son who has severe life threatening dietary restrictions was able to eat with us for the first time while dining out. She took great care in making sure as of his stuff was prepared properly herself. Wonderful woman. The second was a sweet girl who was in training. She got a few things wrong and forgot a few things, but the other staff/management helped to correct it and she was very sweet apologizing profusely each time. Very kind staff who created a loving, fu atmosphere and are very enjoyable to interact with, partnered with amazing food and great service, this place truly is 10/10 to our family. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

We literally just left the building. And I got my girls loaded up, so I can’t just run back and ask the name of the server. But we had the lady with tattoos on her arm, and she is literally the best server that I think I’ve ever been to with kids. She was so sweet and so intuitive with the kids, she stayed on top of all of our orders and we were a big group. It’s just the most enjoyable experience. I’ve had out with my kids while my husband‘s deployed. Thank you, and I’m so sorry. I forgot to get your name!

This morning I went for breakfast and I had the most sweetest waitress her name was Mya ( Tamika E) she was the only one working this morning due to the snow but she was kind, patient and took care of everyone with a smile. That is the first time my experience was nice at this IHOP. Thankful for her service and dedication to work in these conditions

Not sure when their regular sized pancakes became the size of a silver dollar but it’s incredibly disappointing! The two stack didn’t even fill the entire salad plate. When asked, the waitress said this was completely standard now. She confirmed that the 4 stack pancake combo ($13) would be exactly the same size and thinness. My bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was bigger than the pancakes! Food was good but I went there because I was craving pancakes and I walked away disappointed.

IHop isn’t what I remember, but not much in America is. I am old school and like life the way it used to be.
I was greeted and sat quickly but where is the smile and friendliness. My waitress was not prompt to get my order or to deliver it. I had to go so I approached check out without my check. Speedy, friendly service is no longer part of the IHOP experience but my Cowboy Burger was perfect.

1st. We stood at the counter watching servers pass us by! 2. The server brought us a couple of our dishes, I had to ask for silverware. 3. Still waited for my fruit, when it did arrive it was only pineapple & blueberries. I asked where’s the rest she said it would have to be cut up????? Are you serious what happened to prep?? It only got worse!!! Please do better with service we as customers shouldn’t hear arguments from the back!! Food was practically cold when I got my silverware! Who’s the manager of this location because seriously this was ridiculous!!!

Food was awful and I ended up puking it up. I gave this toxic place 5 months before I went back in hopes they would have fixed the previous issues. Once again I received a waffle that was smashed into pieces, eggs that were dripping wet and slimy (this is after the second time of them bringing them to me after I asked for them to be dry, the mozzarella sticks had some sort of white liquidy goo dripping out from them that burned my finger, I cut myself on their broke plate, and I had to remove a freaking hair from my coffee! So fed up with this place! I will NEVER be back and I HIGHLY recommend you steer clear of this cesspool. It’s filthy and dirty. They’ve had enough time to fix the problems but they have not. I’m done here and I won’t ever be back.
I am beyond disappointed. This used to be the best IHOP around. The one on Western Blvd is the absolute worst. But this made me very sad and angry at the same time. I own my own business and I NEVER put out a sub-par product or let anything go out my door that’s not 100% professional so when I say what I’m about to it’s with experience in business.
What happened today is unacceptable period. It’s not just the fact my food came out like this but it’s the fact you have a cook that not only made this but made the clear conscious decision to send this waffle out the way it is. What’s worse is you have employees and a waitress that this also passed through their hands and their decision making said “oh this is ok to give out” as well. The fact that no one had the common sense and professionalism to say “hell no. This is not being served to a customer” says to me this place is not trust worthy and I no longer want to eat here.
How am I to trust this food now and those who make it…that it’s safe for consumption because if this was acceptable to them to be served…then who’s to say they wouldn’t allow dirt, or hair or something else to be done to my food and served to me? This is not ok.
I am beyond upset with all of this. I travel 25+ minutes to come here because it was the best around and now they are doing the same nonsense the one on Western Blvd does. Thanks but no thanks. I’m done eating at IHOP’s for the remainder of the year and maybe longer. Y’all burned my trust and multiple times of this stuff is an example of a lack of leadership, “quality employee’s” and common sense. I’m sorry but not sorry. I do not have to tell grown adults this is unacceptable. If someone does not understand this then they have no business being employed. This is a COMMON SENSE sort of thing. What else would they let slide if things like this are ok with them?
So that’s all I had to say. I hate to have to leave this review but it was so egregious I had to say something. I mean really…even the dishes and utensils had old food remnants on them. So disappointed right now.

Long wait times, arrived we were seated in a booth and the server came to start with our drinks took the order for 3 out of 4 drinks and walked off before I could order the last drink but he did return to take the remaining drink order a moment later. After ordering our order it took an hour to get the food and once it came it was not all correct. I ordered the Belgian Waffle Combo but was given French Toast instead which I cannot eat due to being allergic to cinnamon. The food once I received the correct order was not good at all, I usually ask for to-go boxes but in my opinion this food was not worth takeout. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this particular IHOP honestly.

Arguably the Richlands Hwy IHOP is the best IHOP due to almost always being empty. Due to the location of the other IHOP being on Western Blvd and right in front of the mall it is almost always packed. However, what truly disappointed my family and I on our last visit almost made us look for a new breakfast place. It doesn’t matter whether you work for McDonalds, the Waffle House or for Gordon Ramsey, you DO NOT SMOKE ON THE DOOR STEP as an employee. You Ms. Charity, are the first person the guests see, you are what sets the tone for the meal. Second, as manager, one of your main responsibilities is to prepare for orders. When we arrived, the restaurant was out of strawberries for the drinks, broccoli for the meals, and large tortillas for the breakfast wraps. As hurtful as it may sound we the customers, expect the kitchen to be stocked, just as the manager should plan for it to be so. Lastly, KNOW YOUR MENU, the Rootie Tootie Fresh and Fruity has been on the menu since 1984, so when my waitress said oh it must be a new item as the menu has been updated, we couldn’t believe it. The only positive thing I could say about our experience is the inside of the restaurant was mostly clean, the food was above decent. Managment at the Richlands IHOP, police your people, if you have 2 or 3 people working in the kitchen, then there shouldnt be 4 people on break in the side sitting area. Last time I checked IHOP was better than Waffle House, no matter what side of town its on.
