I went for lunch on a rainy afternoon so I can’t say to much but the service was great. Katarina was our server, the Maui Maui half sandwich with half house salad along with homemade balsamic vinaigrette (awesome dressing) was good. Not sure if the cost was appropriate for food. I have had better for less… Maybe I will try dinner sometime just to see if it would be different

The live music was loud enough to be heard throughout the restaurant but not overwhelming and the artist was skilled and played music that easily blended in to the setting. Service was prompt and friendly and we never had to ask for anything, even a box at the end of the meal.

Had a very enjoyable dinner here. Wife’s brother was in town and she had wanted to try Burntwood out. Our waitress Becca was awesome. We ordered the smashburger (special price on wednesdays), fish and chips and the ribs. The manager went above and beyond by coming out and telling us the ribs seemed a little tough and probably hadn’t been in the smoker long enough. He then offered the sirloin steak and I talked him into the same price as the ribs. Didn’t take much talking. He was awesome too.

We are stoked that The Trails is finally getting some good restaurants, like Burntwood. We most recently ordered the tater tots and angus sliders as appetizers, then the Burntwood Burger and Wedge salad for entrees. We shared an apple tart and coffee for dessert. Everything was perfect. (I’m still trying to figure out how they did the Tots.) We would recommend this to anyone. Outdoor seating is great. Definitely worth trying.

Lovely atmosphere, professional friendly service, and good eats! First visit but have only heard good things from others who have eaten here. Very chill dining environment and the food was good. All the folks working were super nice and it was a very enjoyable dining experience. This will definitely be added to our local restaurant rotation.

Usually, I wouldn’t give out such a low review. But, my experience today at BurntWood Tavern was far from what I remembered. The appetizers and drinks were amazing. The fried chicken slider appetizer is great to eat, and has a great taste. Everyone enjoyed their food except for me. I got the Steak Frites, and the steak was very chewy and caused me to have a jaw ache at the end. It also had very low seasoning, to the point where only the onions on top and the sauce were the star. The steak was almost burnt as it was kept on the grill for too long. But, our dessert was quite delicious as we got the brownie to share. I will come again as the service was wonderful, but be wary of a Medium steak here!

Celebrated my husband’s 78th birthday with 13 people, 5 were children. We made a reservation, there was a lovely, private table for us. Becca was our waitress, she was perfect. The food was great. We appreciated the experience!
