Really good catfish and the chili cheese tater tots were outstanding. Fast friendly service. If you’re in the area, ya gotta try this place. Oh, Thursdays are all you can eat catfish starting at 4pm.

Our food was excellent! I had the Catfish Plate, with chips & coleslaw. My daughter had the Chicken Ranch Tots. My catfish was wonderful & I’m hugely picky about my fish. But this was cooked to absolute perfection. It was flaky throughout, crispy on the outside, with a wonderful taste. My daughter enjoyed her Tot platter, although I’m not so sure she enjoyed it as I did my catfish!

Excellent food and good drinks. Comfortable and homey. I’m so glad a good owner bought this place. We’ve been coming here for decades and this is best yet. Only thing better would be to add an inexpensive cowboy steak to the menu.

First time here and will be back. Thursdays are all you can eat Catfish. The refill of catfish (nuggets) are better than the filets. The batter is a tad salty. The wings were alright, the skin didn’t taste great, guessing old oil, but sauce was good. Well water beware!! I’m a water drinker and absolutely had to get a lemonade because the water was awful to drink. Tonight there was live music, which was good. Bathroom doors were quite comical as seen below. The lighting was overwhelming either. Service was just okay, but there were only 3 servers working to my knowledge. She still did a good job.

We got there at 8PM knowing they closed at 10PM. Having never been there, the four of us had a hard time deciding what to eat … sonwe started with adult beverages. Our waitress was the only one actually serving patrons, but there were two others there, but they were busy cleaning and getting ready to shut the place down.
All was good, the food was great, appetizers were phenomenal, and the drinks were perfect. It started to fall apart as our waitress wanted to help the clean-up process, but people kept coming in for take out orders and sit at the bar for drinks. We got forgotten. We would have had more to drink, but our waitress clearly was done with us and all but asked us to pick up our feet so she could sweep under the table. She was super happy to run our cards and clear off our table… we took the hint at 9:45PM to get out. We understand as we have been there, but as a mom and pop in a small town (which we love and chose for just that reason), I bet the owners would have preferred us to get more alcohol and leave a bigger tip for their server.
We will be back, but try and get there earlier next time!
