I have been to this restaurant multiple times. Absolutely loving the food they serve❤️ . They are very consistent with the taste and the flavor . The dishes are so authentic and it satisfies my cravings for my homeland food .
“Dindigal Mutton Briyani” and “Chicken Lollipop” are must try dishes. The mojito’s are so refreshing and the Gulab Jamoon with ice cream just melts in our mouth ✨.
The only concerning thing for me is the pricing of the Dosa’s are bit expensive even though the taste and quality is quite good.
Overall, just reserve a seat and enjoy your day with a quality food ✨

It’s a lovely restaurant tucked away in Löbtau!
We went a week back for an office dinner and loved the ambience.
We ordered the Medhu Vada (10/5), the Gobhi 65 (10/5) and the chicken lollipop (5/5).
We also ordered Parotta Veg and also Parotta Non Veg (10/5), and the Mysore Masala Dosa (very spicy).

My dosa was cold (I would suggest telling the staff to make sure it’s hot when ordering) but is was huge (see pictures) and the service was a bit too slow (we spent almost 1.5 hours in total waiting that evening), but all the staff is very nice and the food is very authentic!

Me and my wife ate a lot of different dosas in India and Germany. The Mysore Dosa was the best one I ever ate. We also liked the Gobi 65, it was very tasty and rich in flavour.
Finding this restaurant was a real gem! We’ll come back for sure.

We have been to Madras Kitchen three times already, and their great taste and quality service have been maintained consistently throughout. Their Rose Milk, Honey Chicken Lollipop and Karidosa are our staple orders, and lately their fish dishes have caught our attention too. Love that every time we visit, there is a different biryani to experience.

The restaurant provided a baby high chair for our toddler and the restaurant entrance can also be accessed by someone in a wheelchair (although maneuvering inside the restaurant in a wheelchair can be tricky with space).

Overall great experience, and looking forward to my next meal with them that feels like home every time!

Such a lovely experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The place has a calm, cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good meal. You can really feel the warmth of South Indian hospitality here. Tried the masala dosa, mutton gravy, and parota, all delicious.

We went as a group of 7 and hence could try multiple items.
We tried medu vada (5star), Andhra Kara Podi Dosa (5star, but expensive), Mysore Masala dosa (5star). Veg Kothu, I personally didn’t enjoy as much.

Unfortunately they had run out of Hyderabadi chicken biryani (some friends were genuinely disappointed because it was still just 8pm and that was what they had come for). Be sure to go well in time for the biryani.

They also have some authentic sharbat from southern India. Of which Nannari was too sweet to give any other taste apart from sugary, Kulukki sharbat was kind of Shikanji with chillies, enjoyable.

Warm gulabjamun with ice cream were of course delicious

All in all, we liked the food but it did feel pricey even though we were in a group setting. Thank you.

We spent 25-30 euros per person.

Had a chance today to taste the Diwali Lunch thali. It was the most delicious thali I have had in a long time.
Probably the best and authentic South Indian cuisine. What a treat to have it in Dresden. If you haven’t tried it yet, you are missing something.

Everything was very great, we loved it! The Food and Drinks were delicious and also came very quickly. They gave us a dessert on the House as well and it was mouth-wateringly good 🙂 The staff was very friendly, polite and attentive! So overall it was a very pleasant experience and we’d come here again.

Loved the food! We had Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani and Chicken Kotthu Porotta. Very authentic and traditional food. The blend of spices was spot on. It wasn’t extremely spicy or sweet like other indian restaurants. The food preparation may take some time as they make it from scratch. Highly recommended .
