Introduced two cousins to brunch on Sunday, and they loved it as much as I do. I had the banana churro con caramel liege waffle (my favorite), one cousin had the caprese avocado toast, and the other had quiche. They then split an original liege waffle. Everything was delicious!

Had an amazing chicken and waffles, done Nashville style which was a little spicy but not as spicy as I was hoping for. The waffle was absolutely delicious and I would recommend anyone looking for a way to kick their brunch into high gear to get this. Beer selection was great as well! Wish I lived closer.

Update: Recently returned to Burgundian for a Sunday brunch. Their rotating menu did not disappoint! I enjoyed a Vietnamese iced coffee and my husband ordered a Portuguese iced coffee. My coffee was made perfectly and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was quite busy when we arrived, full of lots of groups and families. We were able to get a seat at the last low table, there were some spots left at the bar and high top window bar. Our food and drinks did take a while to get to us, but it was full of flavor and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food runner seemed a little overwhelmed and we saw our drink order sit there for a while before making it to our table. We will definitely be coming back again.

The space is very inviting and the service was very good. The interior is industrial however still warm and inviting. Staff provided very helpful and friendly service. My wife had the Alpine Sandwich which was very tasty with an interesting and flavorful bun. One thing that would add a little something would be a sauce on the sandwich. I had the chicken and waffle which is one of my favorite dishes. Waffle House was well cooked and tasty. Unfortunately the chicken was slightly over cooked and a little dry. Some of the crust was a little burnt. It would have been nice to have a little extra syrup on the side. The coffee was well brewed. We look forward to returning and trying some of the other dishes. Overall definitely a place to try. Would give it 4.5 overall because of the food

DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP! After about 20min of looking for a delicious breakfast place just off the highway we came across Burgundian. A little out of our way but WELL worth it. Website sold us and the food/drinks did not disappoint. It is incredibly obvious they put in a lot of effort from the start. Website is gorgeous but simple. Menu has options for everyone with out being over whelming. The food. Omg the food. From the first bite I knew we had mad the best decision for the start of our girls weekend. Definitely going back anytime I’m passing by or in the area.
