This place is truly a hidden gem! My husband and I came across this spot with a B on the door we walked in and were so amazed! The atmosphere and service is top notch. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The food is incredible they have so many options made fresh everyday. Also a great beer and wine selection and non-alcoholic beer available as well. The house made Sangria was some of the best I have ever had and made fresh as well. They have a violinist and some other music depending on the night.

We stopped in for a Valentine’s Day glass of wine and were surprised with one of the best dishes we have ever had. Chef Maloni made a special baked brie with a berry compote that was truly phenomenal! Could not recommend a better place for the ambiance or dining experience!

The appetizers and the sandwichs lovely and tasty. Everyone seemed delighted with the wine. The atmosphere is super cool very well decorated. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. They made sure to keep the tables clean. Which is how I lost part of my sandwich that I was going to take to give my husband a taste.

So many things I love about Burgunbarrel! First, the atmosphere; Homey not pretentious. Couches and chairs up front, an upright piano, wooden wine crates covering the duct work. Sort of a speakeasy vibe. Second, the food; Amazing and diverse. The charcuterie boards are wonderful mixes of flavors, scents, and textures. Naan pizzas with flavors from traditional to unusual and simple to complex. Small plates to sandwiches, decadent desserts.Great to share in a group or to just stop in for a snack and pair with a worldwide selection of wines, craft beer, or seltzers. Most of the food menu offerings have ingenious, thoughtful names. My own favorites are The Greenzo, Pacino, Pesto chicken salad, Holy Smokes, and Baked Feta. Now third and last but by no means least Service. The icing on the cake. They treat everyone with the utmost respect. They guide the wine novice and introduce oenophiles to their eclectic offerings. For others, they have advanced knowledge of wide selection of craft beer, seltzers, and ciders. The staff is friendly and welcoming. David, Chris, and Joe have always made me feel at home.

Wow!! Just wow! Google search did us right tonight. We are in town on a work trip. This place didnt have a sign on the building. Just a B on the door. Such a hidden gem. Jazz music playing, great wine, great service. A perfect end to the day.
