Ideal Nutrition is a game-changer. Everything from Ideal Nutrition is so delicious and tastes like a home-cooked meal. We’re a busy family with a toddler, and the quality and price per meal are amazing. We started just going into the store and buying a few meals a week to help us out with lunches and a hungry kiddo, but now we have 12 meals delivered every week, and I don’t know how we would survive without them. Our 2-year-old loves every meal, and so do we, which really helps us lighten the load during the week. We tried Factor meals also when we were searching for a meal prep solution, and Ideal Nutrition blew Factor out of the water on both flavor and food quality, 10/10!

If you’re into fitness/health or simply don’t have time to cook and want to eat something healthy other than a “Açaí bowl” or a salad this a great place to go. Excellent Menu for grab and go meals that are Freshly made. A ton of low calorie healthy snacks, drinks and supplements. Also the Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Cook is great! Had the pleasure of meeting him and he is very passionate about the product quality. Can’t recommend this place enough, if you’re in the area it’s a must try!

First time visiting. They have all their meals organized in the refrigerators. It was easy to read the macros and calories. They have gluten free, paleo and vegetarian options. At about 9 bucks a meal I can’t imagine finding the options they have for a similar price in a sit down restaurant. If you need meal prep and your looking for a easy option this is the place! My wife, daughter, and I just finished our meals and really enjoyed them.

I dropped by ideal nutrition this past Monday to try see if meal kits would work for me. I’ve been very impressed so far!. I picked up 5 meals for my work lunches and I’ve enjoyed every single one that I’ve tried thus far. The attendants were very nice and helpful. Just fyi there’s a lot of people who choose delivery/pickup apparently so the stock seems to go pretty quickly. Their restock days are Sunday/Wednesday if that helps you decide on when to stop by. Quick, painless and pretty affordable. ! I’ll be back!

Excellent place to get some meals to prep for the week. Though the recent change in packaging has been a bit of a bummer, used to be able to reuse the containers. Also the raviolis haven’t been back in quite some time and those were some of the best meals.
