We waited 30 minutes for the order to get us
They thought its a Togo order and there is no one before us too its empty since we came at 7:30 ish i ordered Kaju Mushroom and Naan .There is some weird smell from the Mushroom and Naan became cold we told them they reheated it became hard like pizza crisp outside like 70% of the Naan .I hope I don’t get sick from the Mushroom.I will sue if i get for sure .
They also didn’t gave rice with the curry.I don’t want to come here anymore.
I didn’t felt like the dining experience for the first time i trashed most of my food even though i’m hungry .Bad experience for the first time .I probably ate 100+ times here .Good thing is they replaced with a paneer starter but it took another 30 minutes too .
I didn’t liked the paneer starter too much.Way too much oil in it and for some reason flavor didn’t go well.
I packed as togo to give to at least homeless .Very bad experience

I recently ordered the Chicken Lollipop to go from Bindass, and I was extremely disappointed with both the food and the service. After waiting 48 minutes for just four small pieces, I was frustrated by the complete lack of communication from the staff. No one informed me of the wait time, and when the food finally arrived, it was far from fresh. The lollipops didn’t even have a noticeable aroma, and the taste was underwhelming—not worth more than a single bite, especially considering the $15 price tag. This experience did not meet the standards I was expecting, and I’m unlikely to return.

The food was delicious and the flavors were great! The portion sizes for the tandoori chicken could be slightly larger but the curry was a fair size. Naan portions are generous and taste awesome! Definitely recommend if you want a chill place to hang with some friends and grab some awesome Indian food!

Ordered Chicken Noodles, ghee karam idly, kesari. The food was tasty and the quantity was pretty good. I had really good peanut chutney after a long time here. Chicken in the noodles was cooked to perfection and tasted the best in a really long time. Finally someone got the right way of adding egg to steet style noodles without requesting extra egg!
Special mention to Lakshmi who took our order and ensured we had a great dining experience. We’ll be revisiting just to try out the other items and maybe play carroms?

I had food at this restaurant and was very disappointed. We ordered Manchuria for dine-in, but it was not cooked properly. The soup just tasted like water. I informed the manager, but there was no response or concern from the staff. This kind of poor service and careless attitude from the management is very disappointing. I hope they improve their food quality and customer service. Even I don’t like to give one star for this food at this time ⭐️.

Food was amazing. The atmosphere was very nice with the beautiful designs and TVs to display popular sporting events and more. The service was also amazing with the servers being kind and respectful. The wait time would be one thing that is not the best, with some food items taking up to 30+ minutes to get to the table.

I made a butter nan and butter chicken curry order from postmates (uber) nan was stale and there is no butter on butter nan and curry tastes like it was made previous day. They just reheated it and sent it.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bindas Restaurant despite some of the food being good.
I ordered Egg Chicken Noodles and clearly mentioned multiple times that I wanted it spicy. What I received was completely bland—no salt, no spice, just plain noodles. When I informed the server, she took the plate back. After a few minutes, she returned with noodles again.
Later, I realized it was the exact same noodles I had returned. When I questioned her, she openly said they had added salt and spice to the same noodles I had already eaten from. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I had even accidentally spilled a chicken piece into it earlier, yet they still reused the same dish instead of making a fresh one.
On top of that, the server was very rude when questioned. I had to ask her to call the manager. The manager admitted that what they did was wrong, but shockingly, there was no apology at all.
Using the same pan and re-serving returned food is a serious issue. While the other food we ordered was good, this incident completely ruined the experience. Hygiene, customer respect, and basic professionalism were missing.
Very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their standards.

The food was absolutely outstanding and deeply satisfying, bursting with genuine authentic flavors. We ordered boneless Vijayawada chicken biryani, mamsam ghee roast, and paneer gongura pulao for the mains; gobi 65 as a starter; and egg puff plus onion samosa—all incredibly fresh and delicious. Loved every bite!
