First let me say, I love Burgerville. I appreciate their gluten free and dairy free buns and also their dairy free shakes. It’s the only fast food restaurant my family can even think about going to.
However, this location can be super hit or miss when it comes to order accuracy. Most of the time the store or corporate will correct most issues you have there, but it gets frustrating when you come as much as I do and feel like you’re always being a problem when there are inaccurate.
Just like anywhere out here, you can have some great customer service and you can have some awful but most of them are great and go out of their way to make sure you have a good dining experience.

Got the bacon cheeseburger and ate inside. The service was fast and friendly and the burger was pretty good. Also got a hazelnut fudge sundae but was disappointed by the lack of hazelnut flavor. It was mostly a heavy chocolatey sweet fudge flavor that overpowered any nuttiness from the hazelnut and almond.
Also tried the seasonal peach green tea but was similarly disappointed by the lack of peach flavor. The green tea flavor was a bit stronger but overall it tasted kinda watery? Otherwise everything was pretty good and we left pretty satisfied.

Food is yummy but we consistently have problems with our order. Today we are missing our kid’s apple juice and our dipping sauce. Last time we were missing all of the French fries. And never order through the app – it takes way longer to preorder than it would to go through drive through. The last time I pre-ordered it took 20 minutes waiting in the store after it was supposed to be ready. Meanwhile I watched all the drive through cars come and go. Super frustrating.

The audacity of thinking this is worth $9. It’s delicious but it has like a teaspoon of onions and slaw on it, looks like someone sat on it, and is honestly not a lot bigger than a McDouble. If you want to spend $9 on a burger and 9 minutes in the drive thru, hit up Burgerville. Carl’s Jr $9 burgs are twice the size.

If there was more food, I’d give a five star. Two fairly decent pieces of fish, Although the third was kind of small. Decent amount of fries. I guess I was expecting some Cole slaw to go along with it for $12.99, but no. Fish was crunchy, tasty, but fairly thin pieces. I asked for vinegar and ketchup and received what I asked for. By the way, that is my own paper plate in the photo. Fish came in a little bag like the fries. Made it hard to add the vinegar without making a mess. Fish and chips should come in a paper tray or something. Tartar sauce was good, liked the dill flavor. Good, but I’ll probably wait to order fish and chips again when I’m on the coast or a place where I can get more food for my money, even if it costs more. Gave an 18% tip in one of those pre-tip deals when paying first before the food was passed over in the drive-through.

Last 4 times they have gotten the orders very wrong. Not like missed an ingredient or 2, but wrong wrong (not at all what i ordered, and turning burgers into wraps?!). The last issue was being over charged for lettuce that already comes on the burger (i did not order extra). I even let the person know over the intercom- all that person said was sorry. But still charged the over priced amount that was incorrect. The manager was helpful in trying to correct the issue – but consecutive problems has left a poor taste in my mouth. Not sure what is going on with this place as it used to be a favorite of mine with exceptional service. I’ve since avoided going there.

If you have the money and your in the mood for it I guess it’s worth it otherwise it’s just too expensive and not filling. Service is kinda slow and staff have a neutral disposition. I’d personally rather go to Carl’s Jr if I’m hungry and craving a burger.

Great atmosphere! Their outdoor area has string lights. They have an awesome kids corner, also booster chairs and high chairs. The employees are polite and experienced. Inside, they bring your food straight to you using a number system.

This is the worst Burgerville I’ve ever been to and it just consistently keeps sliding downhill in quality. I happened to show up on National Burger day so their cheeseburgers were $1.99 so I got three of them for me and my mom. I also got two small marionberry shakes and a small french fry. These burgers tasted like what I would imagine, a burger patty made out of canned cat food Would taste like. They had been sitting around so long that the cheese was melted down to the point you couldn’t even taste it and you could barely see it! They had a wad of sugary burger sauce bigger than the actual patty.
The french fries were cold going into the bag and they tasted like old rancid coagulated fryer grease. Disgusting!I think it was around $23 for this trash! Shame on you Burgerville!
