The food was really good, fresh ingredients and freshly made. Great ranch dressing and the baked ziti tasted great too. We had the lunch menu that came with iced tea, the salad shown and some garlic bread rolls (which were great too). The ladies serving us were really forthcoming and sweet, I’m sad we’re just passing through and can’t make this a family favorite.

I came here because a ladies dinner. I was skeptical.. and I was pleasantly surprised! The chicken Parmesan was cooked perfectly! I liked that there were crispy edges and the sauce was rich.. not TOO much cheese. And the rolls were heavenly. I’d like to bring my husband here!

First, I just want to say that Café Sicilia is my favorite Italian restaurant in the Arlington/Mansfield area. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is always so warm and welcoming — especially Jacob, the sweet young man who recently waited on my family. He did a wonderful job.

I did want to kindly mention one concern. There’s been a noticeable odor along the south wall of the restaurant that seems to be coming from the nail salon next door. I’ve seen staff thoughtfully seat guests away from that area, and I’ve noticed some diners comment on it as well. I truly hope this issue can be resolved, as I’d hate for it to take away from the amazing food and service you provide. Thank you, as always, for being one of my favorite dining spots.

I love the food here, it’s amazing. the salad with the house + ranch sauce is sooooo good! the atmosphere and environment is neat, clean, and cozy. the bread is like da best ✨. i saw that the bread was hooked (i hope it’s not), cause there are some blue dots on it

Great local spot. The sauces are extremely flavorful. Minestrone soup gas tons of vegetables and was delicious.

I was surprised that they have karaoke. They started just as we were leaving. If you don’t want that atmosphere, I’d suggest checking on timing.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. My daughter’s 21 bday was today and she really wanted Italian food. After a quick Google search this cute little Cafe popped up. She chose it based on the adorable decor and we are so glad she did!
We were seated immediately and they waited on us right away. Answered all of our questions patiently. Our waitress was awesome and so sweet. All of the food was flavorful, fresh and plentiful.
I was so excited to see chicken cacciatore on the menu. It is rare to find that dish and it is my favorite. It definitely did not disappoint. The best cacciatore I have ever had. A little disappointed I couldn’t finish it lol. The Alfredo, Rigatoni with meatballs and sausage, and chicken parm were wonderful as well. And the bread was amazing.
We just found our new favorite place.

Today was my first time going to this restaurant and I was not pleased. My chicken was dry and the sauce was not creamy. The atmosphere was okay but the service was not great. The waitress was just talking in the front with the other waiters and not attending the customers. The worst part was the dessert. I ordered a cannoli and it was rock hard. The filling was not good as well.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nicely it’s set up/ decorated but were underwhelmed with the flavors. Portions are decently sized and we received complimentary bread once seated.

My wife and I come here once a week on average. We’ve been meaning to write this review for close to two months. The food, Amazing. Predictably so, that being said we only get our one dish so she’s only had the chicken Al pesto and I only get the chicken rollatini. 10/10 on both. Some things that aren’t in the review are
Warm rolls-10/10
Servers-10/10 (not overbearing, very friendly)
Price- there’s no such thing as bad food, just a bad price. The food is priced competitively and we never feel like we overpaid for what we recieved. My only complaint on price is some of the appetizers are a little higher than I want to pay for them.
Atmosphere-10/10 the lighting is warm, with plenty of accent lighting. No harsh white tube lighting.

I cannot recommend this establishment enough. We will continue to come here and if it ever changes so will this review.

Food was mid. Rolls were a little crunchy, my Alfredo wasn’t very flavorful. Everyone at my table tried it and determined it wasn’t great. Tried everyone else’s dishes. No one had a hit, the Alfredo the saddest of all We all got dessert. All together (not including tip) around $80 and just not worth it. It was my birthday dinner too.
