The fella working today 3-6-26 at about 1 pm? Had kinda reddish hair middle aged. Didn’t catch his name but he was a great employee and gave us great service. The new fish burger was delicious! The jojo style fries were great with good crisp and seasoning. And the vanilla milkshake was soooo good. A bit pricey for everything but it was indeed good. Thanks ! Would visit again. Oh and the place was empty and very clean.

Fun experience if you enjoy surprise road trips.
Ordered food, got home, and discovered Burgerville decided to play “guess what we forgot.” Multiple items missing, Had to drive back to get what I already paid for.
The best part? Not even a “sorry.” Just handed over the missing food like this is a totally normal system.
If you like checking your order item-by-item in the parking lot, this is the place for you.

Quick and generally good, service wasn’t terrible aside from the demeanor they had when I opted not to tip. Food isn’t anything to write home about, was very hot/fresh but the chicken strips were pretty bland. My husband wasn’t impressed with the Oktoberfest burger.

I went to simply order a strawberry lemonade. I walked in and stood at the front counter for 7 minutes before any employee made eye contact or greeted me. He then tells me “is gonna be a minute Bubba.” I proceeded to wait another 4 minutes when Bryan says “it’ll be easier if you just use the kiosk” I told him I was paying with cash and he replied with “oh well I don’t know weekday to tell you, I’m back here.” Mind you a shift lead or manager was running around, there was 3 other employees and not one of them could help. The worst customer service I’ve seen at a Burgerville. Will not go back DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We went last night for $1.99 cheeseburger day which I had put on my calendar and was looking forward to. No way am I ever going to pay over $4 for a tiny burger, but they are good. It was our first time at this location. Unfortunately the burgers only had a trace amount of sauce but a lot of ketchup. The fries had so much salt that they were nearly inedible. My suggestion is to use measurements. For example, for each “batch” of fries, 1/4 teaspoon of salt is added. Each small burger gets 1/2oz of sauce. People expect and appreciate consistency. It would be good to know if hey, I just don’t like the way you make your food, or is it that I didn’t like the way that one person made it. Tables in the dining area had not been wiped off. We interacted with one worker while there who handed us our bag of food. He was nice and smiley.

Brittany A was my server. She was very friendly and greeted me when I arrived. She was having technical issues with her POS system and didn’t stress. She went above and beyond to get me taken care of. This is a new location so I’m sure they’re still perfecting their service. Food was delicious.

We were excited and had been waiting for this location to open since we first saw the sign a month prior to the actual opening. We went twice during the week of their grand opening (Sept 22), which was our first time trying Burgerville. The concept of using [primarily] locally sourced ingredients for a fast food restaurant is definitely special. The food was a little pricey (~$10 for just a burger), but that seems to be the norm for most fast food these days. We got a bunch of different items to try: the colossal burger, the location-limited Don cheeseburger, a chicken slider, a spicy chicken slider, a marionberry shake, a hazelnut chocolate shake, a Stumptown mocha perk shake, and a Portland cold brew shake. All of the food was very good, especially the french fries. I love potatoes and as a result am a big fan of french fries and these are without a doubt my favorite fast food french fries, they don’t even need sauce! My girlfriend was previously vegetarian and has only recently starting eating meat again, so we have been trying all of the major fast food chains and this has been our favorite overall so far. Even the chicken is a good considering it’s a fast food burger place. We will definitely be stopping whenever we are in Oregon.

Took the family for the opening day of the Woodburn burgerville, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is great, very spacious and clean, it’s a nice place to sit down and have a meal. The milkshakes are amazing as always, and everyone really liked the seasonal sweet potato fries.
They have a great rewards point system, it definitely pays off, and it’s really nice to be able to order ahead and have things ready when you get there.
The opening went great and it was nice meeting the owners and seeing how involved they are. I always appreciate the fact that we have a local and higher quality fast food option!
You can taste the difference compared to regular chain restaurants.

I love the milkshakes here and that they have seasonal foods and gluten free options. I also like the vibes of the staff. When I came in they were enthusiastic and welcoming. The dining room is clean and pleasant and ordering was a breezes I look forward to many many visits for their cold brew shake. I can’t wait till fried asparagus is back! Yum!

Soft open, things were great. Awesome attention to details, everything running as it should. Had a lot of hope this was going to be great. Here we are a month later and of our 5 visits, the two first visits were great. These last three have had issues every time.
Incorrect items, wrong size, and customer service is a 50/50 if you get someone who actually wants to take your order or just seems not to care at all. Drive thru has failed more than order-ahead. The entire vibe inside is weird, not bad but just something feels off. Lots of open space and hardly anyone in there.
Just not a good value for the price or the headache. If you do order, order ahead for best accuracy otherwise check everything before you leave.
