A casual tavern in downtown Northbrook offering traditional bar food and drinks. One of the few places that serves food late on a weeknight.
Stopped in after 9pm on a Tuesday and this place was packed with softball teams – kids ,parents and coaches . We waited about 20 minutes for a table but our server was super efficient and friendly.
Started with their appetizer platter which was good in quality and the portions were very generous. The loaded tots were amazing!
Also had an order of their Buffalo Wings (Medium heat)which were tasty and meaty . Again,huge portion.
Others in our party had one of their half pound burgers and a cup of chili. No one complained and said the food was delicious. Menu is huge!
If you want a casual atmosphere with good food,this is a place to try.
Outdoor seating available (Weather permitting). Street parking is available plus there is also a public parking lot in the rear of the building.

We were looking for a sports bar and Landmark was Perfect. We were quickly seated by Constantine, Laura, & Gabby was our waitress. Everyone was super hospitable. There were multiple tvs with so all sports. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating available too.
We ordered 2 margaritas Mom’s sloppy Joe’s, tater tots, calamari, fish & chips, grilled cheese, spinach dip & a caesar salad.
The food was fresh and delish. The drinks were tasty too. My favs were the sloppy joe, rueben, & spinach dip.

Service was good for outdoor seating because the waitress had to run in and out to serve the tables. (Only disappointment was that they didn’t provide the umbrellas that day).

Food is amazing, definitely ordered too much. Hamburger fries can be a full meal honestly. Only downside is if you eat outside it’s loud as there is a lot of traffic and you’re directly next to the train tracks.

This team knows their fries very well. Outside of the great color these fried sliced spuds have, it’s been about 15-20 minutes (while the fries have been contained in heat walking in the cold) and they still have a great crispy crunch to them. They were well seasoned too.
The BBQ porkwich that came along with the fries, pickle spear, and slaw was slightly too sweet for me, but at least the ratio between the pork and bread were unmatched. There’s often more bread, and the landmark inn got it right here with putting a little more pulled pork.

To say I was less than impressed is an understatement, especially for how expensive much of the food is. I had never eaten here before, so I thought I would get something I was familiar with that wasn’t as outrageously expensive as most of the food on the menu. I went with the spinach and artichoke dip with chips. I’ve eaten it many times at other places, and I’ve always enjoyed it. I ordered food for pickup, so I didn’t dine in (therefore, all I can really comment on is the food). The spinach and artichoke dip was drenched in oil (which wasn’t very pleasant at all), and they didn’t give me a lot of chips to go along with the dip either. The taste of the chips and dip were not very good I unfortunately must say. Maybe their other food tastes good, but definitely not what I ordered. For the price, I did expect much better. So, I wasted $14.30 on food I didn’t eat most of. It was just a waste! 🙁

No-nonsense American fare, executed well. Bar comfort food, great burgers and the fries are especially good. Local IPAs and usual macro lagers on tap.
Many many tvs showing any and all sports, Pac-Man, friendly wait staff. Really handy for the train, too!
