Thé fries were ice cold and way over salted like they were on the bottom of a tray and had been salted a few dozen times.
I ordered sauce. The kid repeated it at the window and yet no sauce.

Awful waste of money. This burgerville is usually mediocre at best but this order of 2 double cheeseburgers and waffle fries were disgusting.Worst we have ever received. Old, cold and chewy. Cheese was cold and dried out. Waffle fries also. Apparently they were made at lunch like 3 hours ago. Took one bite and threw all our food in the trash. Very very disappointed and won’t be back. Suggest anyone go elsewhere.

First time at a Burgerville. The store I was at was showing its age. They were cooking something with garlic, and the entire restaurant smelled like it. Not good for me cuz I have a garlic allergy.
Had a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayo. It tasted good, but nothing exciting.
The price was fair. My soda cost the same as the burger. Overall a good value for what I paid.
I would probably come back if it would be convenient. However, I would go out if my way for Nancy Jo’s.
