I stopped by Burgenati inside Element Eatery and was completely blown away. I ordered the Madisonville Burger with fries, and it was easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The patty was juicy and perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the bun held everything together beautifully without getting soggy. The fries were crispy, golden, and well-seasoned—absolutely addictive!
The atmosphere at Element Eatery is vibrant and inviting, making it a great spot for grabbing a quick bite or relaxing with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from Burgenati’s menu. Highly recommend!

I ordered the Mount Lookout special and WOW. The house made onion jam and creamy gorgonzola are a wonderful compliment of sweet and savory, all held together by the crispy straws to add a nice crunch. My only regret is that I didn’t grab a milkshake too but I will definitely be back!

I got the chime churri burger which was very good but what was really amazing was the stuffed tots dipped in the spicy mayo. My fiancé and I agreed the tots were one of the better things we have had in a while. The chime churri kindof got lost on the bacon cheeseburger which was very good just not sure I got much out of the sauce. I would absolutely get this again and try a different burger potentially with a more pronounced sauce.

Updated: MashRoots has become Burgernati. Their burgers and their chicken sandwich are fantastic. Their loaded fries with their homemade cheese sauce might be my favorite item.

Old: This is a fantastic place to enjoy a different type of meal in town. MashRoots second location’s menu is more limited compared to their College Hill location, yet, they have managed to pack all the flavor into the food items they carry.

Totally recommend checking this place out. My favorites: Fried Cheese Balls, and depending on the mood either the Cuban Sandwich or their Old San Juan Bowl. Churro brigadeiros are a must!

My burger was the best burger I’ve ever had. I just got a regular cheeseburger and the cheese had some kind of cinnamon taste to it and it’s something I’ve never tasted before. It was amazing.

This place has a solid menu of South American dishes, with several things I’d want to try at first glance. I went for the Who Dey bowl — it was a good portion, though 80% of it chicken (barely any sweet potato/slaw in the bowl); the chicken had a subtle heat and decent flavor, and the little sweet potato that was there was actually a good compliment for the chicken; the bowl was swimming in mayo and there was a “pool” at the bottom of the bowl which was kind of offputting. Per my lady, the classic burger was decent and the yuca fries were un-seasoned. If you’re accustomed to the good flavors/textures of South American dishes, this place might not get the job done for you, but it could be a decent/filling meal if you’re not looking for anything special.

That burger tasted insane. Super sweet with a hint of spice. The strangest, but one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The girl at the counter was nice too (:
