Well, I was able to order what I wanted to drink for the order from the app when I arrived at the drive-through, there was a written sign in black marker stating that there was no ice no freezes only water and lemonade available thankfully, I thought I was safe because I ordered lemonade until I was Notified that they no longer had eliminated either only water with no ice. I said well can you throw in a couple of extra soft tacos only to get a no mail but you can get a refund from customer service through the app which I am already gonna make the astute assumption That they probably won’t answer but if they do, I’ll give an extra star. On a lighter note the girl at the window was friendly and it was observant of my Furbaby in my lap with a genuine compliment. I hope all the food is right because it’s dark and I haven’t been able to look at it yet. Food was great. Service lost a store because they only gave us three napkins for two combo boxes and out of all those sauces NOT! one hot sauce, which was specifically clicked on the app link also did not provide utensils and drinks. Sure would’ve been nice.

I’m leaving this review in the hopes that a manager sees it. I came into Taco Bell today to pick up two delivery orders for DoorDash. One of them being very large, and the only reason that I accepted the order in the first place. When I walked in, there was an order already ready, however, it was not mine. When I told them that I was picking up two orders one for Katie and one for Justin, they said OK and that they’d go check on it. They came back again and asked again what I needed and I told them. And the lady in the back said I’m the only one making orders. It might be a while and I asked simply how long. And she could not give me an order number. She just said that she had a bunch of drive-through orders. And I said I think that you should prioritize DoorDash as much as drive-through. And the guy at the drive-through counter countered me back saying that people in the drive-through can’t wait 20 minutes for their food. But apparently DoorDash can wait a long long time for their orders because I was there for at least 10 minutes if not, 15. I asked twice how much longer it would be on the orders and they never could give me an amount. In the end, they gave me the second order, before the first one was even finished and when I asked again about the larger order, they told me that if I had a problem, they’d call the cops. And I said I just need to know how long so I can let my clients know. And then both of the employees began being rude to me about me needing the order, they both got very defensive about their own jobs, the guy at the drive-through window starts telling me that he DoorDash is so me having to wait at Taco Bell doesn’t make me lose any money and I’m literally like trying to tell him. Yes time is money and so me standing here for 15 minutes waiting for an order definitely cost me money. It makes me lose money anyway. and in the end, the staff threatened to call the cops on me because I was just asking them to do their job and get my clients order ready I would love for a manager from this location to get back to me because I’d really like to talk to you about your employees. And the order that I did get to deliver they didn’t even give me a drink poor poor professionalism.

Employees were nice and the service was surprisingly fast but very disappointed with my food, why is the steak quesadilla almost $7 when this is what is on it?? Barely any steak and cheese, half of my quesadilla didn’t even have any steak and a sprinkle of cheese! I love me some Taco Bell but I’m not spending the price they want for the portion of food there serving!

Avoid this location. This location is consistently the worst Taco Bell by far between here and Baton Rouge! The handful of employees that are working always look like they hate their lives, and it’s evident in the preparation of the food and lack of customer service. Not to mention it is a complete rip off for customers when half your order is incorrect or so haphazardly put together and lukewarm that you don’t even want to eat what you paid for! Avoid this location and go to the Hwy 30 location if you must get your TB fix in Gonzales… they aren’t much better, but at least the food is prepared correctly and freshly (most of the time) and you aren’t wasting your money.

This Taco Bell consistently has horrible service. I’ve ordered here several times and each and every time without fail my order is wrong. I’ve even tried on DoorDash and that is even worse. It’s like they don’t even care about their customers at all. Practically throwing the food at you through the window like you’re the inconvenience. NEVER going back!

Put in my order 30 minutes ago only ordered one combo. Have employees going outside smoking and doing whatever when they have a line around the building and a lobby full of people. Very disappointed in this location will not be back again. Do not recommend anyone coming here.

This location needs a whole revamp, the employees always look miserable and make you feel like an inconvenience even if they’re not busy. Every time I order from here I PAY for a large Baja blast freeze and every single time without fail, they give me a medium that’s only filled up 3/4 of the way. And anytime I order any type of sauce from here I never receive it even tho I’m paying $1+ for each sauce. Everything is over priced to begin with so I would at least like to receive what I’m paying for.

We are one our way home from a concert in New Orleans. I ordered on the app ahead of time. (I know they don’t make it until you get there and you are checked in, I work at Taco Bell.) I’m guessing the AI was down because they have a sign that says pull with an arrow pointing towards the window. We get to the window and tell them we had a mobile order. They handed it out fairly quickly. My order was 3 build your own boxes, a steak quesadilla, and all together we had 4 drinks. We got handed the quesadilla in a large bag with no napkins, we weren’t asked if we wanted any sauce. We got handed 2 boxes instead of 3. We told them we had 3 boxes and a lady comes to the window and says they put 2 orders in one box and a separate order in the other. The worker at the dt just looked confused and didn’t look like she wanted to be there. I was missing a cinnamon twist. I got a cheesy bean & rice burrito no beans add steak. It was very dry and the ingredients did not taste fresh at all. I am feeling sick after eating just the burrito. I am a strictly DT worker at my Taco Bell and I could put that order together no problem, no missing items, made correctly, and all in their own box like it’s supposed to be. They obviously don’t know how to prepare and bag food. They need to be trained the correct way. Never have I ever been to a Taco Bell this lazy and that serves such nasty food. Do better.

TACO BELL, Gonzales — What Is This?!
Management FAIL!
She wouldn’t even give her name…
$25 (that won’t be refunded) wasted on inedible “food” and complete disrespect from management after we complained about a horrible dinner from Taco Bell on N. Airline Hwy in Gonzales, LA.
The Mexican pizza was a monstrosity — not edible. Tacos were wrapped so loosely they flopped all over the bag. My husband went back with the whole order to ask for a refund, and they told him I had to come in with my physical payment card. I wasn’t about to go back a third time over this disaster, so I called.
Yes, I was frustrated. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I asked for her name — she refused. My husband, who has hearing issues, thinks she said “Ashley,” but when he asked her to write it down, she refused to do that, too.
When I said my husband had just been in the store, she hung up on me!
Completely inappropriate response from management on a valid complaint. She refused to help, refused to refund, and refused to take responsibility.
The entire team tonight showed zero care for customer service or food quality — and it starts at the top.
You should be embarrassed.

I have been coming here every other Friday for 8 years. We get no onion burritos every time. They have only messed this up once. Amazing stats. 207/208! Great job.
