I’ve wanted to goto this place since I seen the billboard in Miami, but unfortunately I was disappointed. Came here with my coworker for lunch because I always wanted to try this place. We were greeted well and the cashier explained the menu to us which was very helpful. I got a beef cowboy burger and classic beef slider with onion rings and drink. When I went to the fountain machine more than half were out especially regular coke. When we received our food I counted 3 full size onion rings and 2 babies rings. The burgers were very good (for frozen patties) but the rest of the meal was a let down. If I knew the onions ring order was like that, I would have just had a couple burgers and water from my truck. I like the concept of the place but the execution is lacking.

I just ate from here for the first time. The young man at the counter did a great job. I could barely hear him as the music was too loud but he did his best to explain everything and he brought my order to the table where I was waiting ( I got it to go). My order came fairly quickly too. I tried the slider duo and the garlic chili wings. The wings were delicious. However, I have issues with the burgers. I asked for one classic beef and one classic lamb with the sauce on the side but when I got ready to eat them, I couldn’t tell which burger was which. They both looked and tasted the same. I’m pretty sure they were both beef. I was looking forward to eating lamb and was disappointed that they didn’t give me what I ordered. On top of that, they didn’t give me any sauce at all. On the side doesn’t mean the customer doesn’t want it. I just didn’t want it on the burger in case I didn’t like it. The beef burgers, or whatever they gave me, were nothing special and too small for the price. I might try a milkshake and I’ll definitely get the wings again. They really were very good.

I don’t know whites up with this place but apparently they may not be so good if they are closed before 8pm on a Sat night. I was going to order online and pick it up there but since I had never been before I decided to go in person since I live close by. Well sure glad I didn’t order! For one I don’t know where my money would have gone and I would have never gotten my order seeing as how I got there and they were closed.

I really enjoyed this place until they changed staff. The new cook literally threw my food in the box. I over over heard the cashier say that she forgot to add something to my order, she replied, “just throw it on top”, and when I asked her about it, she just smiled and said “OK”. There were no other customers waiting for food, so there was no rush to prepare my order. I will never come back to this location again.
