I’ve been here twice. The food truck is in a hot parking lot so the covered benches is a good thing. I believe the first time, I ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger. The second time I went here, BurgerFi Introduced this BBQ Rodeo Burger that seems onion rings on it. I ordered that and am waiting. Overall the burgers are good and worth the wait

The food is excellent. It’s unfortunate that the staff at this palm beach gardens BurgerFi is not the best. We order here for lunch almost every week and the order is never ready on time. There’s always a problem with the order. I’m a big fan of BurgerFi’s food. I wish there was better management or something at this particular BurgerFi. I really want to give a restaurant 5 stars because of the food. However, it’s hard to do that when the service is terrible. It doesn’t seem like the staff is very friendly or enthusiastic. There was only one employee there I recall that was extremely nice and friendly and made You feel like everything was great.

Currently at BurgerFi in Ft Lauderdale Airport Terminal 1. It’s a joke! 9 plus employees and we wait 10 min to get our order which is then not made correctly. Now Currently waiting again, meanwhile enjoying the show. Employees walking around having full conversations on their cell phones, arguments on cell phones, it’s a train wreck literally! The older lady screams out your name and if you don’t run behind the counter and to the window immediately she yells it again this time way meaner than the first time! How could customers have to come behind the counter to get their order with all these staff working? Also, the cashier looks like she just rolled out of bed with her bonnet on so unprofessional! Every table filthy in the dining area! Only good thing was our fries were hot! Of course they were cold once I got my food fixed. Called corporate offices to make a complaint but not surprised the customer care mailbox was full. Just a sad experience. Travel often but will NOT return here. Unfortunately, this was a bit much.

Just wrong for a corporate office to have a full vm at the end of the business day. Can only mean 2 things! Too many complaints or no one is checking to see if there are any. I’m calling to redeem my points because the scanner at the Manchester ct location has been down for MONTHS and the business hours are whatever they want them to be and it’s extremely sad for people to drive there and the website hrs don’t reflect the truth. I must say I’m preparing to give up on this establishment for good and it’s a battle because the food is so freaking DELICIOUS & the honey BBQ sauce should be on the grocery store shelves Everywhere!!!!

I posted a review today online! My takeout order was taken by Dillon(Dylan) at the register. I tried to reach the management later several times and the system hangs up when you tap the option for a manager! So I then attempted to reach Corey Winograd. I really hope you pay attention on this review, please! Don’t miss the opportunity of having a representative like Dillon(Dylan). Professional, responsive, interactive & absolutely fantastic from start to finish on my visit. I even saw that when there were no others in line, he went into the kitchen to finish up putting the order together. Don’t miss this opportunity that you have to take a staff member & build him to a top management or franchise owner. This is what Burgerfi should be! The founder John would have this young man as an example & trainer of how staff must be! You have strong competition out there. Staff like Dillon(Dylan) will keep you at the top & your doors open!

Customer service is not a priority with this company. Poor service at the restaurant location in Kennesaw, GA location. When trying to call the corporate office regarding a safety concern, no one answers or responds to messages.
