After seeing Burgerfi on YouTube, I had to give it a try. Really surprised at the quality and taste of their burgers. Had the Burgerfi signature with Cajun fries and the Wagyu beef burger. All you can drink sodas and tea. I’m definitely going back to try more on their menu.

First (and last) visit to Burgerfi on 8/23/23 at 6:30. Burger was good but expensive. Fries were served warm (not freshly cooked). About half the tables were not cleaned since last customers. Windows and doors were very dirty. Trash receptacles were completely full. One employee came out and swept floor (didn’t clean tables) and the top of his pants were literally midway down to his knees and underwear on full display, not a good look for food service. Restaurant has good concept and potential but atmosphere was very poor.

There was an imprint on the burger which I thought was kind of unique in a particular way, the meat was juicy, bun was crisp and the fries were deep fried with the potato skin on them that gave off a rustic taste to it. Some people may not prefer this and personally, it’s not one of my favorites but it was done pretty well that it was tasty. The inside of this restaurant gave off a weird alien sci-fi vibe with the metal chairs and the sign being green. I do not have anything against it, just something I felt like sharing, maybe it’s just me, or another review might agree with my perspective. I also order a hot dog to go for later, I will tell you this.. Bravo!!!, not a lot of hot dog places slice up the beef frank up the middle to maximize the cook of the dog. The only place that served the best hot dogs in Los Angeles is Earle’s on Crenshaw. This hot dog restaurant does the same thing and it hits the spot. I will not say BurgerFi hot dog was better, but the technique utilized is a secret that I thought no other place does but Earle’s so I will applaud the establishment for knowing how to cook a hot dog right. Overall this is a nice place to grab a bite to eat, so I will definitely be revisiting this establishment again, and the staff was super friendly as well.

When we came in, it was very slow. There was probably just a couple on the other table besides us. The one who took our orders was nice. It was almost $60 for a couple and 2 kids, although I only share with my 3 yr old. We got the food, very disappointing portion. First the burger was so tiny. My onion rings were 3 pcs. ( although it was good). Fries were small portion too. Shakes are good too. 2 stars for the shakes and onion rings. But that’s about it. Would we come back? Probably not.

I am so happy we have at least one of these here in Vegas. I had the Swag meal for my first visit & it was delicious. The quality of the meat was incredible. The manager that took my order was clearly a hard-working man. Because he took my order and hurried back to work in the kitchen with the cook. That’s always very nice to see. & his service to me was extremely gracious. I can’t wait to go back and try many more things on the menu. It’s not a close drive at all for me, but hey at least I can charge up my car a bit at the charger conveniently placed right next to it. Also, the drive-thru is extremely spacious so you don’t have to worry at all about scratching your rims haha

According to some of these unsatisfied reviews, seems the people who frequent the delicious restaurants in this area enjoy trash food so they are never satisfied. Personally, BurgerFi is absolutely delicious! Great customer service and fast service. Most flavorful burgers, LOVE the onion rings (cooked perfectly), and the fries are spiced just right. Sure beats the typical fast food establishments that serve your typical trash food. Definitely a keeper and highly recommended.
