We won’t be going back.. my family likes burgers from pretty much anywhere else better. My kids wouldn’t eat the chicken fingers or fries and I could clearly see it was all fried in old oil. The burgers were honestly a disgrace to try to claim your way to fame with.. and the staff member who took our order was not at all helpful or kind with anything we said or asked as it was our first time there. None of us finished our food.. I think there was a manager training multiple people but no one checked on us and if I had multiple new employees I’m gonna be keeping an eye on them and my customers to ensure it’s all going smoothly as possible. They weren’t at all busy so I don’t really understand why it all went so badly.

Kyshawn and Latoya were awesome! They made the entire Burger Fi experience amazing for us. No other burger restaurant in town has the same level of energy and excitement these two bring to Burger Fi. We ordered a few cheese burgers and some kids meals. The burgers always turn out great and the fries are crispy and hot. To complete the meal I added an ice cold Civil Society Fresh beer.

Love love love the fries and the bacon cheeseburger with a lettuce wrap. Everything is always cooked fresh here and all the employees are nice and friendly. Ordering is easy at the kiosks, and we enjoy sitting outside.
Updated to add, I don’t know why there’s never a line here. The food is always so good, and the service has been great every single time. They tell you when they have deals going on and specials. We just came here for dinner tonight because my husband and I could not figure out what to make for dinner and just decided to go out. It was so easy to order for the kids off of the kids menu, and they even have games inside the restaurant for the kids to play.

Our experience started with a warm welcome and happy greeting from Latoya from the second we walked in the door. Latoya was energetic, happy, and patient. She had the best customer service and was so willing to help us and was patient with our questions and gave us the best recommendations. The food was amazing! What made our experience was Latoya’s service. It was second to none and can’t remember service this great at restaurants. It was so good we came back. The GM, John Haliburton is doing a great job. The service is great, the food is delicious and it is very clean.

I had the pleasure of speaking with the lead by the name of Teven He was very respectful, understanding and helpful. I have a non-verbal son and it took us a little while to get everything in place to complete our order however he was very patient with both my son and I and walked us through the menu and some of his own select favorites. First thing I noticed was the welcoming smile and energy we were greeted with. Well rounded and great guy. One of my best experiences in fast food. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Just visited this location where I was greeted by Latoya. From when I entered to when I left Latoya, John, and the entire staff took great care of me. The burger, fries, onion rings, and shake were perfect. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. They deserve a lot of credit and I hope this review is read so they can be recognized for being so hospitable. I don’t usually leave reviews this detailed but they made a great impression on me so thank you again and I will definitely be back.

We just stopped there for late dinner. The staff was so friendly even though they were just about to close. They made fresh fries and the burgers were hot and delicious. Restaurant was clean. Two separate staff members asked how meal was and both greeted us and thanked us for visiting. Gave 5 stars for food but keep in mind it is still a fast food restaurant which is why I only gave four stars for atmosphere. Service was 5 stars!

Our experience at this BurgerFi today was excellent! I opted for my go-to, the Conflicted Burger Green (no bread, but lettuce). The flavor of meat and vegan patty was delicious and the lettuce was fresh and crispy. The regular hamburger and fries we ordered were also top-notch. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Overall, a delightful dining experience!
