On June 12, 2023 my wife and I went to BurgerFi around 630 for dinner. We were not greeted. We were not helped. There was no service although there were four people in the back cooking and cleaning no one helped us at the counter. Totally ignored. We were left to place our order at a kiosk, which is not bad, but when asked for help, the individual simply turned away and did not even say please place your order at the kiosk. The restaurant was definitely not as clean as it should be floors were dirty tables were greasy it was just not a good experience. Won’t go there again too many other great options for a simple burger in Jupiter. And at the price we paid even McDonald’s exceeds them.

I come to this location very frequently because I work at the hand & stone right next to them! The whole staff is always pleasant & whenever there is an issue the light skinned guy at the front or LaShia or LaToya handle the situation immediately! You guys make my hour lunch amazing, especially when great service is hard to find nowadays. thank you!!!

4/30/23 9:03pm During our visit we noticed the location was severely under staffed. The two who were present were kind and doing their best given the situation however, we waited an hour for our order (10:04pm). I am surprised that Management would not properly staff and/or allow the location to remain open, knowing that earlier in the week several employees quit, which affected operations. This was a failure both to their own team members and customers. Waiting for 10 mins understandable but an hour is just ridiculous. The two employees whom were there did their best and it showed. Do better BurgerFi.

The management is horrible, ordered my food on the app 30 minutes ahead of time, I get there and wait 45 MORE minutes for my food and the whole time the whole crew is giving me the run around, I had to tell the guy my name 3 times because they straight up weren’t making my food and moving in slow motion.

I’m not sure if this location changed management or what, but unfortunately their service has gotten bad. We’ve tried ordering from this location a few times and usually the service is terrible (no one greets you or even though there are 4 people behind the counter no one can take your order) or they get our order wrong. We recently went to grab chocolate ice cream with hot fudge and was handed vanilla with caramel. When I pointed out I ordered chocolate frozen custard with fudge, the guy looked at me with annoyance and said “there’s chocolate in there.”

Trash everywhere, filthy floors and counter by drink stations. Looks like nobody cleans or attends to anything during service hours. The soda all tasted like vinegar from the one machine and the other one didn’t work. The staff at the register was socializing with the kitchen staff in the middle of us ordering. They didn’t seem to want to be at work except for social hour with other employees. We watched a ton of people before us wait forever for their food and then waited ourselves. Absolutely AWFUL experience!!!

Very sad experience at a restaurant I would like to continue visiting. Only three staff. They were trying the best they can. Truly, they were. Ordered me through real live person. Then the waiting began. And the waiting continued. After 45 minutes and a few, “we’re working on its”, I requested a refund and left.

I’m so happy to have a local BurgerFi. It’s my favorite burger place because they have vegetarian options and they cook them separately from the meat. Our local place seems a little less cared for than other locations and sometimes the tables are dirty; but the food has been consistently great and served quickly. The staff is nice and usually go out of their way to bring my food to me, especially when I am eating with my dogs outside. The Vegefi quinoa burger is my favorite. Be sure to ask for it to be crispy and add jalapenos! The shakes are out of this world delicious too. And don’t forget to order some extra burgerfi sauce for dipping fries and onion rings!

We went to 3:21:23 for a dinner and tried to make 4 separate orders… yes 4!!!! The lady seemed very put out when we looked at the screen and saw only 3. We said you are missing one and reviewed what we wanted! She stated three different times that it was correct… we took our bag for take out…. Sadly we were shorted by one order!
