I absolutely love it when we get fresh, crispy fries via drive-thru. When i order food from front counter inside store, I can immediately tell the counter person that their fries were not fresh or up to standard; however, in a drive-thru, I dont get a chance to snack on my fries for miles down the road. So when I get fresh fries as I drive down the road and digging through my bag for fries, im easily impressed. Thank you for continuing servicing your patrons with fresh fries.

The service was noticeably faster, likely thanks to the new layout and tech improvements. My order was accurate, fresh, and served with a smile. I tried the Whopper meal, and the fries were hot and crispy exactly how they should be.
One standout feature is the new self-serve drink station with a variety of soda and flavor options. Plus, the restrooms were spotless, which says a lot about how seriously they’re taking cleanliness now.

I had such a wonderful experience at Burger King thanks to a new worker named Ahmed. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a big, warm smile and made me feel very welcome. I was in a rush, and he went out of his way to help me pick options from the menu, explaining everything so kindly and patiently.
Ahmed even apologized for taking a little extra time because he’s still learning the menu but honestly, it only took about 2 minutes, and his care and effort meant so much. He made sure my order was done quickly and gave me my food fresh and hot, which I really appreciated.
He is such a kind, heartwarming, and hardworking employee. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and wants to do his best. If I were a manager, I’d be so proud to hear feedback like this and would absolutely want to keep him forever. Ahmed is truly amazing at customer service, and Burger King is lucky to have him!

Love that BK has rewards on the app now because I would spend a lot here. The whopper is hands down one of the best fast food burgers around and I think the difference is how loaded up it is. That plus the chicken sandwich and onion rings are a savory delight when I’m craving fast food

Burger King breakfast has a chance at greatness, but they Sabotage themselves. I’m a fan of the croissant breakfast sandwiches, they are awesome when served hot and fresh. Too often I get served these sandwiches at this location where it’s cold. The cheese struggles to melt, where as the McDonald’s breakfast sandwich is served nice and hot. Often times I grab the Burger King croissant, take it home and microwave it so it tastes good. It’s the only way the croissant is warm, the cheese is melting and the bacon isn’t fridge cold.

The experience wasn’t bad, but I do miss the old blue color scheme. The new beige design feels a bit bland in comparison. That said, the food is fine, and the staff are friendly. It seems like the changes were likely made by corporate rather than the owners, possibly to shift the target audience from kids to young adults—but I could be wrong. That said, go and try it out for yourself! Plus, hey, they have a working ice cream machine!

This is a very good branch of Burger King. The whopper was juicy and delicious. The vegetables were fresh and the bun was very good. You can usually tell a good fast food joint by the French fries, and this branch doesn’t disappoint.

Awesome service. The service provided was very efficient and food was fresh loved the way they serve their customer. The staff is really polite and clear with the descriptions of burgers and promotions they have in store. If you need a quick stop for your cravings I highly recommend this store. The restaurant is always clean, even the washrooms are clean and sanitized unlike other public washrooms.

We love this place, but unfortunately the atmosphere has changed lately. Sketchy people are going in, sleeping on the booths and just ruining the familiar and safe environment this place used to have. Food is great though.
