I went during my lunch break, and the place was as busy as ever. Customers in the front and in drive thru. All the while, Crystal Key handled everything perfectly, and did her very best to ensure customers that she and the employees were working as fast as they could to serve them, and thanked them for their patience. This is all it takes to keep or lose customers. She handled the busy atmosphere very well. I commend her. Plus she ensured my food was fresh and correct. Give her a raise!! 🙂

Loving the southern charm this place has going on, they’re always fast and we get everything we order and not just anything thrown in a bag. These biscuits DO NOT come here if you’re not looking for a new addiction, so SOOOO VERY GOOD. Biscuits and gravy is always on time for my Mom she absolutely loves ❤️ always have exactly what we want and then some with those crispy hand held pies to go.

Biscuits really not that good. My wife had the chicken biscuit. It was dry, the top of the biscuit was like a hamburger bun. The chicken was flavourless.
I had the steak biscuit. Tasteless. I used to buy these biscuits off of 1-20 headed towards Atlanta from Birmingham, they were really good. This store pales in comparison. I had bragged and bragged about these biscuits, we finally stop and yech.
Honestly the owner said he was sorry and he hoped we will give it another try. No not this jacks. Sorry. Apparently all Jacks aren’t the same.

We absolutely love Crystal, the night shift manager on Hwy 78. She always makes sure our food is correct, just the way we like it, and fresh!! She even remembers our order and has it on the grill by the time we pay!! She’s the best, 10/10!! ♥️

My favorite Jacks! When I’m not working in town we still drive from Empire to eat here. Always treated with a smile. Always thanks for stopping bye. Food always great. Soda never flat. You can taste the CARE! Also Brittnay does an amazing job every morning when I’m getting off work! Cheers!

I have been to this Jacks a lot because it’s on my way home or to work . The last four times I’ve been here something has been off with my food or it’s wrong. I order a BLT this morning and it had cheese on it. I will not go at night because the last three times I went at around 7ish and get chicken or chicken sandwich and it’s so spicy hot I couldn’t eat it. Waste of my money . So if they don’t want to serve people then they need to be shut down because that is their job to serve people even if they don’t like them and they shouldn’t be Messing with people’s food.They are NOT clean inside and when I go in or at the drive through I get attitude every time. If they don’t like me for some reason they shouldn’t be opened if they are going to mess with peoples food just because of it

Had a wonderful meal at Jack’s next to Walker Medical Hospital I eat at several different sites and they all have great food clean bathrooms and lobbies and friendly employees the experience is great from beginning to end, love eating there
