Arrived around closing time not knowing that sonic closes @ 12am now; for the cook/ cashier to be outside petting a dog! Never the less my husband and I proceeded to order as it is midnight and food options are slim to none. The young girl proceeded to to rush the order and yell WHAT ELSE WHAT ELSE! People customer service takes patience and I know most of us are not people PEOPLE. I understand that you all were closing and we did not intentionally come to ruin your night. I rambled this to say CURTESY IS FREE! TRY HAVING SOME OR I suggest another job that’s all.

Visiting from Texas, this Sonic has Great Sweet Tea. That is my priority with every sonic. Not all of them do. Each visit the tea was perfect. They made every other drink exactly the way they were ordered. I was very happy with this location. Every worker was very polite and professional.

Not that busy. The girl at the window was nice and polite. Food was done in a normal amount of time. It’s fast food so I can’t say it’s the best rating but it’s normally decent.

The young woman who took my order and gave me my food was so attentive and sweet. She asked me questions about the vanilla ice cream I wanted, I told her to choose whichever option I’m not picky since it’s for my dog. Then she asked me if I wanted a pup cup but I declined bc he was already getting the cup of ice cream and popcorn chicken lol. She brought out my stuff and on the ice cream I ordered it had a little dog treat on top. It’s a small gesture but it meant so much to me. Thank you to whomever helped with my order today. The service goes unnoticed. <3

The cashier charged my card for my meal and someone else’s. I returned to the store and was told my money would be credited back in 3 to 4 days. I haven’t seen it yet.

I had never tried Sonic before, but I finally had a chili dog, and it was well worth it. I also want to mention that the Red Bull drinks are quite nice. While I’m not a fan of all the calories in them, I would prefer a sugar-free edition. Overall, I would give my experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Just gave Sonic another chance today, and they screwed it up again. Ordered Honey BBQ wings and they just slopped some sauce into the bowl. There were two other customers, it’s not like they were slammed.

I ordered a Oreo shake and my kid said it tasted funny and I smelled it. That’s when I noticed it was expired milk or something and he already ate most of it I swear if my kid gets extremely sick a lawsuit will follow
