This place just keeps getting worse. I’m not sure why I keep going back. It used to be the only good burger king in TRI cities but apparently it’s just as bad as the rest now. New management. Anyway the burger is burnt and tastes horrible. What a shocker. At peak dinner hours too! See photo. Service is horrible. Everyone is rude. It’s just gone down hill.

It’s a burger King. Not a whole lot to explain. Only thing I would comment on is the friendliness of the employees was lacking and they put waaaaaaay too much mayo on my burger.

The general manager used to be Vicky and when it was this store was amazing. All of the reps were top-notch everyone was super polite and attentive the food was always hot and always good In fact it was the only Burger King in Tri-Cities that I’d even go to because all the other ones just paled in comparison to it but now that Vicky’s retired and the new general manager Joanna is there the whole place is falling apart all the customer service representatives are extremely impatient and rude nobody has any interest in customer service they don’t come to the window and greet you right away they make you sit there and wait until your food’s ready then they come greet you and take your money The food is subpar their whole times are off they’re using old product that doesn’t taste good and isn’t fresh You can tell the entire culture has changed completely with this new management. I wouldn’t say this if it wasn’t a consistent thing over the last 3 months and I go to Burger King fairly often

Wasn’t very impressed with this burger king. I felt like over the past couple years they have gone downhill. I don’t think I will come back anytime soon because I’d rather spend money elsewhere. It’s a burger king but I’ve been to other burger kings that were at least a little better. The drive thru service wasn’t super great and just all around wasn’t impressed.

Second time I’ve been in the drive- thru since the manager ” Belen” is working and both times after she takes my money she asks me to pull around into the parking area. However, if one knows the BK set up on George Washington Way they would know it’s not designed to just pull into the parking lot but rather there is a right turn only sign pulling out of the drive-thru with a light at an intersection which then leads to another light and another intersection before I could just “pull into the parking lot”. Also George Washington Way is heavily trafficked so it takes time to even get out of the drive-thru. This is a huge inconvenience and not only takes time away from the customer but extra gas too! Nonetheless, I refused the time before and refused this time again. However this Belen not manager material proceeds to tell me that she is on a timer and I don’t have to be rude then shuts the window on me before I receive my food! I don’t feel it is rude to explain that it is not feasible for me to just ” pull into the parking and that she had asked me to do that the time before and I hadn’t been back since, my mistake for coming back again at all, trust me when I say I will not be back a third time! Though I will be in touch with the regional manager franchise owner Pedro to report this Belen, whom clearly cannot do her job in accordance with the time allotted with the timer, and has no business in customer service as no one at any time should be called rude, even though I wasn’t, doesn’t matter that’s not her place especially as a manager! Karma!! And loss of business good job Belen!!!

Went through the drive thru for some fries. Tried to load a coupon and had some salty person named JOHANNA WHO WAS BEING IMPATIENT was asking me for my code before I loaded it and after I would say ” that’s all. Just fries.”; She literally kept asking “what else, what else” in a rude way and when I got to the window still with an attitude. Now my fries taste like her attitude, salty and soggy. All for fries and no one was even behind me or in the store.

A popular club/bar is right next door to this location. Instead of communicating with the bar or putting up proper “no parking” signs, the Burger King decides to place stickers on the front driver windows claiming that it is a ‘reserved parking space’. As a manager for another retail business, this is petty behavior for people that aren’t affected whatsoever by people parking here after this location is closed. If it was a serious issue the cars would be towed. Find an agreement with the bar next door or stop placing stickers that are hard to remove for a parking spot that’s doesn’t actually affect you or your business in any way. As a long time resident of tri-cities, this business is not nearly busy/important enough to require these parking spots at night time during peak club/bar hours for flight

It’s a fast food joint, so you get what you get. Tonight though, on top of messing up my order, they did not give me a receipt when I asked for one. Two employees, a young man and young woman said their machine had been broken for a few days and it wasn’t a big deal. Not cool.

Went in to get one sandwich and there wasn’t a worker in site. Then one came from the back and starred at us while on his phone, then went to sit in the lobby.we wait probably like 7-10 minutes without getting greeted or anything. (They weren’t busy and we were the only ones in lobby) when we got the sandwich the chicken was super hard and wasn’t as good as it should be.
