There were multiple vehicles in the drive-thru so I decided to go in. There were a couple of people seated inside and one near the far end of the counter. There were 2 staff members packing food and another farther from me. None of them looked at me, even after I walked up to the till.
I stood there for a time and was just about to walk out when one of the staff walked to the till I was standing at. She barely made eye contact once while I made my order and didn’t say anything other than repeating my order and stating the total.
This was my first time at this location, and likely my last.

It’s a Burger King so you know what you’re in for, but this location is not particularly clean. Kids love the play set inside, but I cringe at the cleanliness of the restaurant and play set. The play room almost always has dirty tables and trash about, every time we’ve been I don’t think I’ve seen staff set foot in that room.

If using the Burger King app they have the best value for your buck and this one on Queensgate is as other have said the best in the Tri-Cities! Foods always quick usually ready before you walk in the door if you order online made not just well but exceptionally well and always fresh and has the kids Playland lots of parking friendly staff clean restaurant! And never forget $3 Whopper Wednesdays available through the app only and no I do not work for Burger King but you’ll pay way more if you don’t use their app

The little Hispanic man manager was very unprofessional and my fries were stale. I was nice and showed him some grace but if I encounter him again with the same attitude, I wont show him any grace.

I went thru the drive thru today and ordered a burger meal and 2 chicken wraps. Burger and fries were good and fresh. The chicken wraps on the other hand were abysmal. Half a chicken tender, half a tomatoe slice and more lettuce to fill it up. If I’m paying $3 per chicken wrap I atleast expect a whole freaking chicken tender and one that actually covers the tortilla. It is not worth going and paying these inflated prices for products I can make cheaper and better at home. Rip off on the chicken wraps

I also agree with the review before. The Hispanic manager was super rude. Walked away while ordering and didn’t give us a number or receipt and look at us stupid with her called our number. And was just being short with us, and we are just trying to be polite

I love the kids meal.options, play area is the biggest I’ve ever seen! One slide. It’s very clean especially the bathrooms. The customer service is great too! I’m gluten free and always order my burger with no bun. The fries and drinks taste good too!

I hate the the French toast sicks they taste like rotten cake from 30 years ago but I do like the potaoto things and service was bad so some people hate this place so I was thinking that this place should have other foods that are not like French toast sicks that I hate sometimes but better places do not have French toast sticks that that are like that but if we go to rise in sine then we will give them a report papper about this Burger King well we can also report this to my Compnay called Yaoha Kangaroo Tech Comapny and this burger King will now be reported to Google maps!
