A lot of people may not like this place and leave reviews about the service. Today there are only 3 ladies back there taking care of both dining room and the drive through.
Props to them for staying at their posts and taking care of those who came out.

Kiddos wanted morning French fries. Food was hot. Made fast. We did have to wait for the fries but that was because it was breakfast time no one was in line. Super fast friendly service. We will visit again. They ordered a regular hamburger meal with a large fry and drink. With a side of medium fries.

On the first day the fried pickle ranch Whopper appeared on the menu, i tried it. What a stupendous disappointment. You’d think that on the first day, they would make the sandwich look amazing and taste even better. What a pathetic excuse. I couldn’t even taste the pickles. Wait, what pickles? If you’re claiming that the fried batter is pickles, you can almost scrape up enough to see them. If this is any indication as to what is to come regarding this new sandwich, I’ve already had more than I ever needed. I will not be ordering this mistake again.

I’m still in shock. I mean, it’s fast food. But seriously I just had top tier Burger King. Enough so that I felt it was appropriate to review a fast food restaurant.
I have never had a better whopper. It was perfect. The fries were perfect and the woman working the drive through was friendly and on top of her game. Best Burger King experience ever!

It’s a slow morning in burger king, not very busy at all, I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese. When food came up and I opened my sandwich there was cheese on it, not just one but 2 slices, as of done in spite. I take it back to get the sandwich fixed. Took them almost ten minutes, with no other customers in store, once it was finished and called me to get it, I open wrapper to find a burnt, dried up biscuit with a burnt sausage patty on it. It just seems so spiteful and a horrible waste of time and money. Will never come to this location, or any burger king ever. Customer service and quality has gone down so badly.

The food comes out okay some of the times but the wait for this so called fast food is crazy. I will be the only car in line and it takes like 20 plus minutes to get my food. It’s only came out fast 2 out of the 10 times I have gone there. Then when I eventually get my food, it’s sometimes not even hot. I would avoid this place.

I ordered a double whopper and mentioned I wanted it hot. I’ve ordered here and every time the food is not fresh. This time was no exception, instead of making it hot and fresh they microwaved the sandwich. I could tell because the toppings and bun were blazing. The mayo was all basically grease which is not safe to eat. I don’t know why THIS bk is so bad, I eat at other ones around Washington and can get a fresh whopper but not here. I will not be back until they get new management that holds the same standard as others with preparing fresh food. I’ll take the drive to Puyallup before I return here SMH

Manager was called to argue with parking lot restoration team about damages done to the surface of the lot due to them forcing the caution tape off. Manager said they lost 3000$ worth of revenue. After arguing- she proceeded to give away my order to some random guy at drive through. I told them about my order ; all she said was sorry after making me park in the front with my children.
Worried about revenue ?! Maybe they need a new team that won’t give away orders and can’t control their temperament.

Fast food that’s anything but fast due to being consistently understaffed. They loose a ton of business to Wendy’s which is much faster and less expensive. Doubt this BK will be there for long operating like this.

I didn’t want to give any star on this Burger Kings in Fife, WA simply because the service from the “manger” Katie I think her name was that was working Sunday August 24th @ about 2:10 was literally rude. I told her that the one restroom that was working was really gross and she had no reaction or reply but stared at me with an unsurprised or unbothered look that should not be especially in her role. The phone number on Google is a non working number and I just need to know is this franchise or corporate to get to the person above her because this is not right. Customer concerns should always be priority. She is not fit for the role she’s in and you will lose a lot of customers this way.
