Went through the drive through and it took over 15 minutes. There was not one customer inside, so they weren’t busy. While at the window I heard employees shouting profanity at each other and one said that they were going to kill another. I’m sure it was not serious, but it is very unprofessional. Then, they started discussing politics. Regardless of a person’s political views, it was ridiculous to hear the idiotic things coming out of there extremely uninformed mouths. And the fries were cool and the milkshake was mostly melted. Who ever owns this franchise should shut it down. Or fire whoever does the hiring. I got my start working at a fast food establishment in Port Orchard back in the early 90’s and we had something called work ethics. It doesn’t seem to exist anymore.

It took 25 minutes to get our order using the drive-thru. The dine-in section didn’t appear busy and there were only 4 cars ahead of us in line, 3 of which had already ordered. It took 10 minutes to even get out order placed and we were blocked in at that point or I would have left. There were 6 cars in line waiting to order by the time we placed ours and in the 15 minute wait after ordering to get our food, only 1 other car had made it behind us to the pickup window.

The employees appear to be doing the best they could, the 2 I could see were scrambling around all over the place and were working hard. The store appears critically understaffed which is a management/owner problem. It was similar to this on our last visit and we won’t be going back to this one.

I use to love going to this place, especially when certain special items come back on menu, but Ive been here 3 different times now back to back and left with no food. I’ve stood directly at the register for employees to make eye contact with me and keep walking, not even a “I’ll be with you in just a moment.” Ive witness entire families walk out and talk about how their going to McDonald’s instead after waiting nearly 18 minutes just to take their order. Im really disappointed, really use to love this place.

Normally my experience is just okay. There are times they make me wait forever for a mobile order while they take care of everyone in drive thru. But today was beyond the pale. They gave me three half full fries, including the medium fry in the picture. What’s the point of paying for a medium fry if you’re just going to get an extra small. Then they covered them up in the bag with a ton of napkins so I wouldn’t see. From now on I’ll be checking my bag every time.

The receipt was correct, but the order was wrong 2 times now and this happens all the time. At this location, however, the manager Taylor was absolutely amazing and patient. It does count.

Worst BK ever. This is their Bacon King. Was charged individually for items instead of for meals. Kids meal didn’t come with a toy. And they only fill their fries half way up. Also, calling them about it does no good. They could care less. Also, food was cold.

Stopped at the drive through on my lunch break. The person taking orders was impatient and unfriendly. Got down the road and realized they served me moldy food. Called to tell them and see if I could come back and they didn’t seem to care. No apology. Told me to come back if I wanted and hung up. By the time I got back the line was too long to wait. The one star is more based on the service than the moldy food.

The staff is rude.. they messed up our order twice.. after we corrected it and asked for them to remake it they gave us an attitude.. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.. The manager just walked away and they never get the order right.. ALSO, the order behind us got messed up as well. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. The staff and food SUCK!
