My favorite burritos in Boulder – the machaca and the adovada are especially delicious. Incredible flavor, made to order, reasonable price. Only wish it still opened at 8 am so I could grab a bunch on my way to the recently re-opened office.

Great stop for fresh, authentic tacos. I’m consistently pleased with the portion sizes on the alpastor taco plate, and always look forward to the next opportunity to grab lunch here. Homemade horchata is a much needed addition to the Hill and these guys do it right!

I’m a big fan of La Choza. There’s not a lot of great Mexican food in Boulder. Nor just great food at a great price point in Boulder. This place satisfies all the above. 5 stars all round.

Enchiladas ordered. Only take out in a styrofoam clamshell which was microwaved – ugh, plastic baked into the food. Too salty, although carne asada was good, the sauce was too salty. Ate at wood bar outside. No trash cans for customers; they told me to throw it out in the public trash cans outside.
Perhaps this is good Mexican food for Colorado? Rating was 4.7 when I was looking for a restaurant. Should be a 2.1.

This place is epic as long as you get there before the night staff come in. They are kids who don’t seem like they are trained very well to make each dish. The way the morning dude makes my food is amazing but I’m always disappointed by the food after 5. Love this place though, such great prices and food!

Unbelievable burritos! Best burrito that I’ve had in Boulder. Bummed they changed their hours to open at 9am, as it makes it hard to grab a burrito before work.
